Not the best choice for veterinary care
The mobile vet that took care of my dog for 4 years went with Better Vet the last year. He now has left. Better Vet is a corporation based on the east coast. You call and have a concern, and it takes multiply calls to get it resolved. The other issue is when scheduling an appointment they always schedule it eastern time, even if you let them know your in Pacfic time. I will say the vet who does televisions is excellent. Dr. Scott Perry. Other than that, I am not overly happy with them. My dog was prescribed medication, the script did not get sent and again multiple calls to get it resolved.

This is my first time using a mobile…
This is my first time using a mobile vet service. I have two cats and both of them were sick with gastritis. Well what do I tell you the appointment was for the next day. Fast!!! The doctor and the vet tech that came were truly amazing and did everything to help me figure out what was wrong with my cat(s), diagnose and treat. The best experience ever. I will definitely be using them for my mobile vet services in the future.

Amazing service for my feral rescue.
I have a rescue feral cat that is very fearful and does not like to be approached or picked up so getting him to a vets office is nearly impossible. Having the vet come to my home to give him vaccines and his general annual check up is a tremendous help and likely the only way I would be able to get him the care he needs regularly. The doctor and technician are great and have been able to wrap him in a blanket to administer his care and exam. I love that they provide this in home service and they are so good at their work. They really care about our pets and do amazing work even with the tougher patients!

I really appreciated the compassion and professionalism of the veterinary team that examined my beloved companion. The service was easy to schedule, medications administered, bloodwork taken, and it all was over before my cat could hold a grudge over it like she usually does at a vet clinic. My cat is 12 years old and has a carrier phobia from being rescued. This was an easier vet visit that we’re used to.

Having the vet come to our house was great! Our vet was friendly and knowledgeable as well as patient with our anxious dog. However, when they told me that the bill came to over a thousand dollars ($1,100+) it was quite the shock!! I wished the vet told me the price of each test and/or product I bought prior to getting slammed at the end of the visit! Although I will keep using this service, I will definitely ask about prices on the next visit.

The doctor was great 👍 we had plenty of time to discuss all my concerns, I didn’t feel rushed like at other vet offices plus my baby was a lot less nervous because we didn’t have to go to the scary place! Lol I think it’s great I don’t have to bring him in a environment where he could possibly get sick! Not only that but the doctor and her assistants did their best to keep everything with in the plan that I purchased! It was great I love 💕 bettervet I will never go to another vet office again bettervet is the most intelligent and loving choice for your furry family members! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!!!

It really was a good visit. So much easier in our dogs home environment where the doctor could watch him, work with him to see what was injured, offer suggestions for making his senior years easier. No stress on him or us. They were thorough and took their time as well. Not rushed at all.
