It was a very pleasant experience
It was a very pleasant experience! Dr. Kate and her assistant came in, our dog took right to her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us alot of good information. She had wrote my son (the dog owner) a note and followed up with an email summary of our visit. I have not had a dog in over 20 years and this was so much better than having to chase the dog around, drag her to the car and dealing with my anxiety and hers in the waiting room. Thank you for your service!

Wonderful alternative to going to the vet!
Our experience with BetterVet was wonderful. Our 8 year old dog is special needs and going to the vet has always been very stressful for both me and Tucker. Having the option of BetterVet coming to me is such a relief. Dr. Kristyn Kuppek spent a considerable amount of time with us and our appt was un-rushed and so easy. Side note - the personal website portal is so easy to navigate and has all the info and description of our visit, as well as future needs and reminders.

Outstanding Care on a Tough Day
The vet and her assistant were superb. I had to euthanize my dog and they came on time, were capable, warm, compassionate and patient. The vet explained the procedure and both people were gentle with my dog and me. They didn't rush anything and gave me the time I needed.
If I could, I'd give them six stars.

Older Cat Lady
Last month, Dr Gadberry and Lexi came to my home for shots and check ups on my three kitties. In particular, my older cat had been sneezing and Dr Gadberry gave me a recommendation to build his immune system and fight the upper respiratory issues. About a month later, my kitty had not gotten better and I was worried that he had a real infection. I sent an email late at night and the next day Dr Navatta responded with a recommendation for medication. Not only did I receive a prompt reply, which felt reassuring but Lexi dropped off the medication at my home within an hour. That is outstanding service and true compassion for my pets. Every vet and tech that I have met puts me at ease along with my cats. I no longer dread the vet appointments and know my kitties are well cared for.

Vets were great but policies and paperwork were not
The two Vets who came to the house were wonderful. However, I needed to reschedule my first visit (so my son could be present) booked for Wednesday the 21st which I had just booked on Monday the 19th, but when I called on Tuesday the 20th to try to reschedule I was informed I would be charged $75 fee since this was not rescheduled more than 48 hours prior to the visit. Since this was my very first visit I had JUST booked the day before and I tried to reschedule (not cancel) within 24 hours of the appointment, I wasn't thrilled with that policy. Also, there were a lot of problems getting my address and phone number straightened out on my account records. Additionally, I sent all of my dog's records to the email requested on Monday the 19th but the Vet had not received them by the time she came to my house on the 21st.

I am ditching my current pet insurance…
I am ditching my current pet insurance and signing up both my cats with Better Vet. Dr Posey and tech Jenna were so incredible I can’t say enough. My cat is very shy with strangers and they were so calm and gentle they were able to take great care of her. No more terrifying trips to the vet and trying to get them into a carrier. I recommend Better Vet to everyone. Awesome. They are angels. They even calmed me down since I was so worried about my cat. Had bloodwork results back the next day. I’m all in with Better Vet.

Highly Recommend!
my 3 month old puppy absolutely loved the cheese mat while gettinghis shot and didnt even know what was happening. Both Dr. Bryan & Assistant were informative, professional, efficient, lots of recommendations, shared scientific articles on my specific breed, listened to my questions and concerns and answered them wonderfully. It was a nice day outside so i took my pup to them instead of them coming inside but had they came inside, i had a table with a yoga mat ontop for grip, ready for my pup to be examined. Worth every penny! I felt the mobile/in-home visit vet cost was just as much as going into a vets office.

Dr Bryan provides wonderful service for our older cats. It is a great experience for all as he he and his assistant are very knowledgeable. We really like not having to put our older cats into carriers and transport them. We will continue to use better vet when our new puppy comes along.
