Vets who truly care
Vets who truly care, knowledgeable and take time to explain everything. I had a pleasure meeting doctor Kuppek and her assistant and was blown away by their professionalism and how they handle their cats patients, as well keeping in touch with labs updates.
Reaching out to BetterVet customer support with some extra questions was pretty easy as well.
So far I have had a great experience and glad that I found a mobile healthcare provider for my cats.

Great experience with my nervous dog

Phenomenal in-home veterinary care
The service provided by BetterVet was fantastic! Most impressed with their immediate response to my appointment request. Concerned with the symptoms I listed in the intake form, the Vet texted me and offered to see our pet same day. Upon arrival, we learned that the mobile unit carries medication for common issues. The Vet was able to provide us prescription medications in-home thereby eliminating a trip to the pharmacy which sped up
getting pain relief started for our furbaby. By the next day, he was feeling better!
I subscribed to one of the BetterVet wellness plans for future treatment. Very affordable options for our senior dog. Overall A+ service!

No more stress!!
I have been loyal to our previous vet for 18+ years and loved the care they provided, but our girl needed a lower stress option and I am so glad we called BetterVet. The team was great from the initial chat and intake, to scheduling, to the visit later that same day. They were kind, patient, professional and respectful of my elderly and anxious dog's space and emotional state. I didn't realize how stressful it had become to take my dog to our traditional vet until this visit by BetterVet... It removed so much tension from both me and my dog. I can't recommend Dr. Elkins and Neff highly enough.

Dr Galligher Does a great job
Dr. Galligher and Devon were incredibly patient with my dog Gus. He is very nervous around Vet's but she really took her time and let Gus warm up to her before trying to do anything with him. I highly recommend her service!

Mobil Vet a Great Option for Timid Cats
The BetterVet crew arrived on time and prepared for what they needed to do. They were careful and caring with our cat. Follow-up with test results was prompt and detailed. Our cat is quite timid and travelling to a distant clinic is very hard on her. A home visit is a great option for her.

There are not enough positive words for…
There are not enough positive words for Dr Jamie Anderson and her tech. (forgive me I can't remember her name) They are wonderful. Amazing. Perfect. Our little furry gent Zeus has so much stress when we would take him TO the vet and he's an old guy. We read reviews about BetterVet and I'm so grateful we decided to use them DR JAMIE DR JAMIE DR JAMIE she is a goddess. Zeus was anxious at first, he's skittish with new people. But after a bit of time Dr Jamie was able to hold him and check him without him trying to run. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED with anyone let alone a vet. He needed a vaccine and didn't even notice he got one. Seriously they are just wonderful. She was honest about everything from the food we give him to the options for testing and vaccines. I can not express how wonderful they are. When someone takes care of your furry family members and you see them actually relax in their presence is worth it's weight in gold. I am so happy we decided to use a home vet and ESPECIALLY happy we chose BetterVet. And I'm so eternally grateful for Dr Jamie Anderson and her vet tech. Chef's kiss

Doctors in the patients homes.
The idea of doctors come to the patient territory is gives the patient and it's parent a lot of relaxation and confidence.. the doctor and his assistant attend the pets with care and with time that is necessary.. feels very calm and trustworthy. Great old invention. My doctor is great and very professional! Appreciate the service, recommend it!

Ideal vet experience for my 3 cats.
I wasn’t sure how a home visit would go but it was ideal for our three cats. The doctor and assistant arrived exactly when they said they would, they carefully listened to our concerns and took the time to explain their philosophy behind their recommendations.
Our cats were completely unphased by the experience. Just like having company over. A huge improvement from having to get all three into their carriers and deal with traffic and share waiting rooms dogs.
The doctor followed up with care plans via emails and billing was a breeze. The only reason I’ll set foot in a clinic again is for an emergency.
