Absolutely a fabulous experience
Absolutely a fabulous experience; my Max had become fearful at the local veterinary office and BetterVet sent two amazing individuals Dr Wilson and Matty. They were able to get my boy at ease and he had 4 shots without being traumatized!!!❤️ I am so glad to have found BetterVet!

BetterVet did a great job with my cat…
BetterVet did a great job with my cat who hates veterinarians. When I’ve taken her into our brick and mortar vet even on gabapentin, and she still lungs at the vet and attacks them and can’t be thoroughly examined. The best we get is she gets her shots while the vet has to wear leather gloves to protect themselves. With BetterVet, she doesn’t get all stressed out, and they are the only ones who have been able to examine her without her being completely sedated. Communication was great both before and after visit. Vet and vet tech were both awesome and caring. I will definitely continue to use them for my kitty.

Caring vet with convenient in home care
The vet and assistant were so caring to my animals. They were very flexible, knowledgeable and understanding. They showed kindness to my pets and knew how to best help them feel comfortable. They explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. My pets were so much more comfortable in our house than going to a vet!

Amazing care and consideration from our vet and vet tech
Both Dr. White and her assistant Brooke could not be more skilled at taking care of our Sparky as well as helping me to feel at ease. Better vet is a reliable service and they keep in touch with texts making it easier to know when they will arrive. Dr. White was a great help after Sparky had an operation encouraging me to contact her with any questions or concerns.

Highly Recommend/Better Vet Services
This is our first hand experience with in-home veterinary care. In the past, our cats always get so stressed from the car ride alone, so choosing to have the vet come to us was a great option. Dr. Kimberly Galligher and her assistant, Devon Williams were professional, caring, and informative. The whole experience for us humans and especially our fur babies was amazing.

The Drs were so kind and gentle with my cat. And after his exam he didn't go hide like I thought he would he just sat by me and watched them as we talked showing that he wasn't scared. This cat that has bitten out of fear at the regular vet was calm! The vets were very thorough and it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely use them again.

Could not have been better…
Could not have been a better experience! My dog is a nervous wreck at the vets and shakes with fear the entire time. Having him be comfortable at home with me was such a life saver! The vet and assistant were incredibly kind and caring and gentle with my dog even as he was not terribly cooperative for a blood test. Will absolutely use in the future!

They lied to my face
The vets came in and IMMEDIATELY let my cat run off. I told them not to. But they opened the carrier and sat back. Then they asked, well, can you go get him? NO. I can not. He hides in my box spring, or under the bed. I'm supposed to crawl under the bed? I have limited mobility. I cannot physically go run and catch him. Thanks, Better Vet! Then the vet LIED to my face and said she had seen him "enough" to prescribe meds. Yeah, right.

A super experience!
This was my first time using BetterVet. I needed to get my cat up to date on vaccines. He also desperately needed his nails trimmed. Peyton is normally not welcoming to new people but the moment Dr. Kimberley opened the bathroom door he sat on her lap the whole exam. Her helper Devon was also so kind and caring. If you are unsure about using an at home vet consider trying it. There is so much less stress in having them come into your own home. Dr Kimberley thoroughly checked Peyton and explained changes to his diet that were needed. Thank you BetterVet for taking such good care of my family.
