Great customer service and dependable roadside assistance! It’s refreshing to be able to call and speak with a real person instead of navigating endless automated menus, especially when you need help on the road. The Better World Club team is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend!
We have been with BetterWorldClub for 5 years. They are always very helpful, pleasant, and professional! I just spoke with Amanda today and she resolved the issue while we were on the phone. I would highly recommend them!
They took care of me when my car hit a rock and it sliced the oil pan in the Colorado Rockies far from anywhere. It made a horrible day not so bad and that’s amazing! I’ve been with them for maybe 2 decades.
Paid for two years of the service and when I needed it they reneged on what the rep had promised. I'll go back to AAA but what a waste of time and money. No one from better world would talk to me so they relayed everything through a secondary provider who was very apologetic but that does liitlew good when you need your car towed a 100 miles which is what he promised would happen if needed. Use another service.

I've lived in several towns, had many insurers and vehicles in the last 20 years. I've also been a BWC member for almost 20 years. Why has Better World Club been one of the mainstays in my life when (clearly) other things have not? It's in their name: BETTER WORLD.
Every interaction with this company has helped me feel better--more calm, safe, and cared for than before I made the call.
Recently, their excellent customer service professional Amanda helped to turn what could've been a very bad ending of an otherwise fun trip into a positive one, and one that restored my faith in humanity. The tow truck driver (Anton in Manassas, VA) was also a pure delight. I'm so sorry I don't recall the name of his tow company
I saw a sign yesterday that said:" You can be anything you want,
so choose to be kind."
And that ^^^ sums up how I feel about BWC: If I could write a love letter, I would. But since I'm not a romantic, I hope this review will suffice.♡
Great company! Helped me with my truck. The best value for the money. Better choice than AAA from having years of experience with them.
February 7th 2026 requested roadside assistance. Been a member since April of 2025. Received a text accepting my request. 13 minutes later received text saying unable to provide will be looking for other providers. Over the next hour phone calls and texts back and forth... Left me stranded. ..
February 7th sent an email to the company with my dissatisfaction. Feb 9th received an email back explaining they would be looking into it.
Today is February 23rd 2026. I have not heard back from anybody.
When I signed up back in April 25th I told them I live in a very rural area and I was concerned that it could be an issue and he said absolutely not it will not be an issue do not worry. I did not worry and maybe I shouldn't have gone with them..
I am 77 years old to disabled woman.. This should never have happened to anybody never mind someone of my age.
If you live in a highly populated area maybe you might get service but I would really think about it and look for other alternatives other than them.
