Betway Group Avis 

Been waiting since the 11th April for a withdrawal that was paid out on the 12th April.

CS not interested, constantly telling people to contact their bank, when Mastercard have confirmed its WorldPay (BetWay's Card processor that messed up).

Even asked me to prove that i hadnt received the money, agents show no empathy or to be honest any Customer Services Skills.

Betway have confirmed they havent done anything with the issue since the 18th April, instead waiting till after the Easter Holidays..

Go else where and dont use this joke of a gambling firm, they havent a clue about Customer Service

Same issue as for many others (I’ve found out reading in here). As long as you lose everything is fine, but if you start winning a couple of bets they limit your account and give you no explanation. They actually tell you to get in contact for further reasoning but then they actually give you no clarification. To me they have actually cancelled the 2 bets I finally managed to win. I attach detailed conversation (unfortunately cannot attach screenshots):
-Me: Good morning,
I’m here for explanations as it’s been advised by you by email.
Can you kindly explain to me why you voided, with no apparent reason whatsoever, two winning bets that I placed on the 04/02/19?
In order to take such action toward my account I believe I must have done something pretty wrong or dodgy, which I don’t think I did at all. So can you explain to me why such action has been taken?
I’m pretty curious to know your reasoning...

so let’s get this story straight for the record, for the social medias and for watchdogs:
1) you decided to void two bets that I finally managed to win (after much losing) and put a restriction on my account.
2) you sent me an email to make me aware of this and asked me to contact you if I wanted any more info about the decision.
3) when I contact you, you just say that the explanation is not available to me or yourself customer service. You just say that the decision it’s not been taken lightly.
Is that correct so far or have I missed something?
Well, in real world wording, which is the one we all live in, that pretty much means that someone woke up in the morning and decided to void some winning bets and restrict some accounts.
You insinuate somehow that I’ve done something wrong. Well, I’m 110% sure I’ve done nothing wrong so it must be you to prove or tell me what that is, otherwise it just means you are making excuses not to pay out winning bets!
This is how it works in the real world and in the U.K.
Do you confirm what I just said or do you have anything to say to excuse yourselves?

Total con of a company they will not pay if you win anything , I withdrew around £600 over a month ago a couple of days later asked me for documents and to ring them which I did, they confirmed They received them and my account had been valicated yet nearly a month later still not got my own money back speak almost daily and get the same thing said ,the operations are reviewing my account and it will be sorted ASAP and there is no time limit to when I get my money back , a they wil restrict you if you look like you might win within a couple of bets then if you have money looks like they will do anything to pay you it back , AVOID

I was working my way through a few offers they had advertised, then when I was due to receive a freebet they told me that they had emailed me beforehand to tell me I wasn't eligible for these (without giving any reason). So I worked towards absolutely nothing only for them to lie and tell me they had contacted me.

No email whatsoever. Not even in my spam's spam where they belong.

After my horse was withdrawn and the bet was void they returned my money to me as a free bet which is wrong and goes against they're own rules on the website which says the money should be returned . I had no chance to withdraw my money as they gave me it back as a free bet and even if i was to do another bet with it I wouldn't have received the stake cause these clowns gave it back as a free bet. Now they are ignoring me and lying on trustpilot saying they returned my stake which they haven't and I have screenshots to prove it . Utter scum and I hope they get shut down, I'm gonna report them to the appropriate people .

Was told to verify my account which I did. Because I used a relatives card who gave me permission to do so they decided that my bet which I won didn’t stand and said they will refund me my deposit amount but not my winnings. If there that strict surely they should get everything verified before taking your deposit instead of waiting till you’ve give them money. Avoid at all costs seems to be a regular thing!!

Not Received my winnings after 4 months, gave them my ID proof of address, and spoken to then many times, they said it will be sent into my card, but still have not got it, a year on. they want to keep your winnings, especially if its big amount, slow in depositing wins. Have yet to receive my winnings. avoid while you can.

On the 27th of April I have made a deposit of 520 euros, I have won around 800. I was asked to provide documents which I have sent immediately. After that I had a verification call. One day later the operator confirmed that my acount has been verified and the withdrawal is about to bo proceeded shortly. It has been a week eversince, I am asking each day about the current status and each time the situation is the same - that the withdrawal is going to be paid out soon. The withdrawal is on the same status since that - work in progress. My username (I can send via email). How long would I wait for my money?

I found their website to be very easy to navigate. Deposits and withdrawals have been hassle free. No complaints at all.

I deposited £1300 with this company, placed some bets, some winners, some losers and requested a withdrawal of £1050 a few days later. That was 10 days ago - still waiting for it. Every day I contact them they say it is still being processed, no one phones you back, you can never speak to a manager, it's a joke - I have now reported this to my bank fraud department to take forward as it is covered by Visa. Avoid them like the plague.
