Extremely misleading awful company!!
I purchased a tri fold cover that was obviously assumed to be connected together with two seams but they sent an extremely poor made, sub par cover that comes in to pieces. Absolutely useless to prevent heat loss never mind debris from entering the tub.
With that said there non caring and horrible attitude when I called for an explanation was horrendous!!!
To be clear I have never written a bad review about a company this is my first! the quality and customer satisfaction is terrible in my option and I would definitely avoid Beyond nice Hot covers!

This is in regards to Beyond Nice spa covers and how things can really get hay wired!!! This all started when when an employee and I got cross-ways because of a minor issue that could have been easily resolved if it had been taken up the ladder. Later on Beyond Nice reached out to me and basically asked what could they do to resolve this problem? I relayed my previous solution and immediately it was resolved right on the spot!!!
I might also mention, the employee I had previously spoken too is no longer employed there. I can also say without a doubt that the spa cover is very well made it has exceeded all my expectations!!!

A few weeks after use the handle came off. I was accused of tearing it but the stitches did not hold. This is a poorly made product and the customer service is worse!! DO NOT BUY from these guys.

Bought on 8/12/2017 arrived on doorstep 8/25/2017. Cover is in perfect shape on delivery. Delivery was the professionals at SEKO that do better than UPS/USPS/FEDEX. The price was the best for what I got (Which is probably why there are all these "bad" reviews. Probably the competitors. Anyhow it has been OVER a year and it shows NO sign of wear. We use our Hottub in Cleveland about 4-5 times a week. Absolutely great experience with the cover. We have found the cover to be way better quality than what came with the hottub as well.

Cheap covers
Cheap covers! The seems are letting go and they won't replace or repair. I've had it for less then 3 months.
If anyone doesn't believe me feel free to check all of their one star reviews on Amazon and yelp. I'm not the first to complain about their lack of craftsmanship.

Worst online purchase in the 18+ years …
Worst online purchase in the 18+ years I have shopped online. Cover arrived damaged contact Beyond Nice and shipping company, both refused to stand behind their service/product. Thanks to PayPal for providing credit and billing BN, if you buy from BN use PayPal to give yourself coverage.
I filled out the contact correction to have RL carriers call my cell phone before delivery. They never called, delivered and had my daughter sign as an adult. I'm sure the driver knew the little hole in the box was where a forklift speared and damaged the cover. I filled a claim but Beyond Nice told me to close my claim and they would work with RL. They later told me "sorry the claim was denied."
DO NOT buy from them unless you like a 50/50 chance of losing money

I am now ordering a replacement cover for my hot tub. The first order was placed on July, 2011 and has been exactly what was requested and lasted 6 plus years. No issues with them at all so I am not looking at another supplier at this time.
Poor craftsmanship and terrible customer service.
7/7/16: In response to BeyondNice's misinformed reply. I purchased the cover in October of 2016. It took several weeks for manufacturing and shipping of my custom cover which I received and placed in service in November of 2016. November to May 21st, the first date I contacted Beyond Nice, is 6 months. The warranty states that it covers 12 months.
All handles on the cover are completely intact. None are, as Beyond Nice puts it, torn off. Pictures are available. There was never abuse. There is a cover lift, pics of which are also available. This is exactly the type of response I expected based on the very rude emails I received from them. I'm happy to include the text of those emails as well. I'm sure the owner would be embarrassed by the things they have said to me thus far.
This is terrible customer service and my review stands.
Purchased a cover in November. The stitching started coming undone on all sides in less than 6 months. Customer service asked for pictures and they first said they would replace the skin if I paid $45 to cover shipping. I pointed out that their warranty states no charge if less than 1 year. They then tried to say it's not covered due to improper use. The cover has been on the hot tub with a cover lift from day one. Now they are saying if I mail the skin back to them, they will repair it which will leave my foam cores exposed and needing to be placed on the ground to use the tub while I wait for shipping and repair. Customer service doesn't even know their own policies. I'm tired of being told something different every time I contact them. My original cover lasted 5 years until the UV finally broke down the vinyl, yet the stitching remained intact the entire time. I saved nothing by using Beyond Nice. Poor craftsmanship and terrible customer service. Don't waste your money.

Solid durable spa cover and quick service
Just got it from them a few months ago (November 2015), and it's very nice, solid durable covering, very thick insulating foam, it's already making a difference in my electric bill (Chicago). Highly recommended.
Great Cover!
I spent a lot of time evaluating who I wanted to have make a new Hot Tub Cover for me… (Most are made across the County from me, lots of measurements and details to go wrong etc.) Quite a hassle!
I chose Beyond Nice, and I am SO happy! Web Site is good, but I was new to all the details. I had questions that were answered quickly and accurately by emails. Cyndie was FUN to work with, and made the process easy! Now that I have a perfect Cover, I wish I had done it sooner! Great Service, Great Quality, and it arrived undamaged and ahead of schedule… what more could you want!? Lol

Easy and excellent process and spa cover
I purchased a cover for my 2003 Sundance Sweetwater Cayman spa. After buying the hot tub from a colleague who no longer wanted the spa, nor the extremely waterlogged cover it had at the time; I was happy to have acquired her problem and found Beyond Nice.
The experience with this company could not have been easier or better. Being extremely unfamiliar with details surrounding spas covers, the website walked me through options and even had the specs for our cover in their database despite it being ten years old.
I received prompt notification at each stage of ordering, manufacturing and shipping, which all occurred in less than 2 weeks. I ordered the spa online on Jan. 10 and it arrived at my house in VA on Jan. 23. Even the shipping was pleasant to deal with! I had a rep call me and ask what day was best for me to receive, they gave me a time frame, and day-of, truck driver called me when he was 30 minutes from drop-off so I could meet him at the house. I inspected the cover throughly and put it right on the spa. Perfect fit!
Very happy with quality and material. I ordered the Navy, which was a touch lighter in color than I expected, but still looked great.
I would recommend Beyond Nice to anyone, without hesitation. I admittedly had no idea what I was doing when ordering the cover, they made it easy and the price was very competitive.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of their customer service. They simply will not answer phones (I held for 1 hour!!!) return emails or communicate in any way whatsoever. Nor will they honor the discounts shown on the web site...Do not do business with company's who could care less about their customers and who treat them like a nuisance, not to be communicated with at all.
will not stand by an omission by their part on the order form
We ordered a hot tub cover with our make and model number and filled out every line on their custom order form. When the cover came there were no cutouts for our raised digital control panel. I contacted the company and they said we needed to let them know it was raised. My point was how could we know that when the only thing on the custom order form had a line for raised speakers. Absolutely nothing else on the order form for any other raised parts of the tub. In order to fix the cover we would have to pay an additional $300 on top of the cost of the original cover. They will not admit neglect on their part for the omission on the order form. Their reply to me:

Please see the reference on our website next to the make and model, we ask ALL clients using make and model to use these as a reference only and to make sure that they measure the cover. I am so very sorry that you did not notify us of the raised control panel, I was trying to help you get this resolved at this point I feel like you are blaming us for you not letting us know you have a raised control panel.

We did all the measuring according to their order form. I'm sorry but it is their business to know and there should have been something on the order form to indicate raised parts that may need a special template cutout. Not a good company to work with at all!
Refused to guarantee a cover would fit
Disappointed to be writing this review, but the company won't respond to my requests for assistance, so I'm left with no options. I tried to order a spa cover for my spa. The measuring you have to do for a spa they don't have in their database is more difficult than one might anticipate. I bought a spa from Costco so I'm sure there were thousands of these spas sold. They are still selling them. But Beyond Nice doesn't have it in their database? I had misplaced my t-square, so I tried following the instructions they had with a level and tape measure. I submitted the information to them, and then they said they needed me to measure with a piece of string. I took a piece of string and placed it around the curve and gave them that information. They still refused to guarantee a fitting cover, because my measurements weren't as consistent as they wanted. They actually recommended I hire a handyman to come do the measuring. I've installed my own wood floors in my house, so measuring isn't an issue for me. After reading a review here that someone got a cover that didn't fit, and beyond nice didn't back it up with a replacement, I became understandably concerned.
I followed all their instructions but they said they weren't going to guarantee the cover would fit. I finally went out and bought a t-square and sent them about 15-20 pictures of my measuring angles and the numbers I was getting. Then, they said I needed to buy a drop cloth and trace the entire cover, cutting it to size, then mail it to them! At this point, I gave up and asked for a supervisor to please contact me. They ignored my repeated requests.
About a year ago, I had referred a friend to buy a cover from them that they already had in their system. Even with that and the apparently unusual shape of my spa that Costco sells thousands of, Beyond Nice refused to guarantee a cover for me. If they are incapable of taking the measurement numbers you give them, that they request on their website, and they need the extreme effort of cutting a dropcloth to size, they should be sending the drop cloth or at least pay the shipping label. We're talking about a couple more hours of my time having to go buy it, bring it back, have someone help me hold it while I cut it to size, find a box that fits, drive it to a UPS or other shipping store, and pay the $20 or so dollars it would cost to mail it back. No thanks.
I ended up finding a local spa cover place that actually had a cover for my spa in stock. Problem solved. I will not be using Beyond Nice in the future nor will I refer them any future business.
