Beyondspace Avis

I was easily able to add this to my client's Squarespace site to create a specific type of portfolio gallery viewing experience. Their support was also extremely helpful in creating a custom solution. They are very responsive to answering your questions. I only wish their site's documentations + tutorials were slightly better organized.

Really responsive business. I had some installation trouble because my plugin was so old. Beyondspace responded to email support really fast and sent me a download link for a new version with instructions.

I purchased the Lightbox Studio plugin to have the ability to zoom in on my Squarespace website photos and worked as it should. I soon discovered a strange behavior when using the browser back button. I explained the issue with Beyondspace customer service and they issued a patch which completely fixed the problem. I couldn't be more pleased. Great customer service, thank you. Please note that wherever the customer service is located is about a 12 hour time difference from New York time so you generally have to wait one day to receive a response.

My questions were answered even before I bought something :) The support I got was really nice, fast and trustworthy. Now I have a lightbox feature that works just as expected. Adding it to my website was effortless too, as Beyondspace did everything for me.
Thank you!

Easy to use plug-in. Fair price. Easy to install

Beyondspace lightbox studio works perfect for me!
I made my own website on squarespace with basic knowledge of websites. But this went super smooth and easy. When i bumped into a problem Niang Lee is there to help with an excellent and quick service. I couldnt be more happy with this solution for my squarespace page. Keep up the good work Beyondspace!

My client is an artist and she really wanted to be able to zoom in on her lightbox images, so I bought the Lightbox Studio plugin for Squarespace. I reached out to customer support about some customizations and Niang went way above and beyond to ensure the perfect solution. My client is delighted and so am I, thank you Beyondspace! I'll definitely be back.

Lightbox Video Plugin does not work as described. Also, have not received a response from support, hence this negative review. Disappointed.

If you are a person looking to use Squarespace, with a focus on images, whether you are a visual artist, architect, or photographer – I highly recommend that Beyondspace be the foundation of your design. I had hesitated for the longest time in moving from 7.0 to 7.1, but finally found the reason to more than justify the effort. The plugins and tools have been conceived and developed with great insight into the unique needs and desires of those presenting visual images. They complement the Squarespace structure but take it far beyond the basic capabilities to provide flexibility and expansion of what can be incorporated, allowing for an end product that can be highly configured and tailored for those exacting needs.
The delivery and implementation is straightforward and well documented. Their website is a treasure trove of knowledge and ideas to steer you in the right direction.
I hope they continue their work and have great success; it is well deserved.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of dedicated customer service! As someone new to Squarespace plug-ins, I reached out for help, and they assisted me over several days until everything was working perfectly. We managed to resolve it exactly as I needed!

The plug-in did exactly what I wanted, and when I had difficulties installing it, the developer helped me out immediately and quickly. Amazing service!

Great customer service. They resolved my issue and followed up with me.

Great customer service. Works as promised, easy to use.

Received great personal service from Niang to help make the Lightbox Studio plug-in work in the way I needed it for my site.

Just found Beyondspace while looking for a date formatting capability for Squarespace blog dates. I injected the code as specified into my Squarespace site. It worked perfectly first time. No adjustments. No hassle. It's truly wonderful to find something that works!!!

I purchased the Date Selector Plugin for my florist business and was able to easily configure it to suit my business needs using the Widget. Thanks for making it super easy for a non-coder to follow! I also reached out with a formatting question and got a super quick response that resolved my issue right away.

The Lightbox Plugin solved everything Squarespace doesn't have with Galleries and improved upon the user experience. It's easy to install too.

Their Lightroom Studio plugin has done exactly what I wanted to do. In particular - allow me to put a caption under a Lightbox image and add css to make it look the way I wanted. Their website has an over-abundance of information and I found it difficult to find the instructions I needed for how to modify the settings to give me the features I wanted. They responded to that question and once I figured that part out it was great. They were very responsive to my questions. Very much worth the cost.

Easy to understand, quick response. Great plug-in!

Good job Niang Lee. Works as advertized taking my site to where it needed to be. Squarespace should be buying you out for big $$$s
