Beyondspace Avis

Perfect product, functionality and expert, quick, and friendly installation help. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Code was a bit tricky for me but support was extremely fast & helpful. Answered wtihin <5m each time with 7+ emails and went above & beyond to help. Got it resolved & working fast!

Great website plugins and with fantastic user support to boot.

I used their Lightbox Studio plugin to better display images on a Squarespace site, and I'm very impressed with the quality of the plugin.

And, initially, I had purchased and tested the plugin on a private/hidden site. When I wanted to move it to our live site, their support responded within just a few hours and helped move/reactivate the license. Their instructions were concise, clear, and I was able to do the update in just a few minutes - a great experience. Plus, they have tons of resources, including a playground on their site where you can alter the features/styling of the plugin by just toggling features on and off, with the option of a live preview. Very cool.

Helpful little plug-in
Makes it easy to display images the way I want.

Beyondspace has an outstanding support team. I was struggling to set up a plugin for three weeks, and they never gave up on helping me. Throughout that time, I received consistent, patient, and professional support—and in the end, the issue wasn’t even with the plugin itself.
In addition to offering excellent products that truly enhance your website’s capabilities, Beyondspace provides exceptional customer service, which is just as important. I'm incredibly grateful for their dedication and assistance. Thank you, Beyondspace!

Love that you can preview how your site will look on their website. What sold me was all the additional features for one price, no subscription. I did have a hiccup as my site is an older template, not 7.1. I contacted customer service at Beyondspace and heard back in a couple hours. It took 48 hours to solve my problem but I never felt abandoned, good communication on their part. And now everything works exactly as I imaged it would. Highly recommended!

Works well and very easy to set up. But be aware - the plug-in can't be installed directly on a SquareSpace personal plan - you need to contact Beyondspace and they will sort it for you quickly and efficiently.

Extremely useful plugin and very responsive and helpful when assistance was needed with an update.

Works for what I wanted but very difficult instructions. I needed technical support several times.

Great plugins and always exceptional customer service!

Super quick help and very easy to install and use!
Highly recommended!

Customer service was very fast and helpful, and the process of adding plugin features to my site was user friendly and straightforward. Looks great and does exactly what I needed. Thank you!

happy with the add on for my website, not so happy about the relentless requests for a review.

Lightbox Studio saved me. I was struggling to find a way to give my clients the ability to zoom into my work but Squarespace is limited in this respect. The plugin took seconds to install and worked perfectly on mobile and desktop, which is exactly what I needed.

All i can say is thank god someone is fighting back a little with squarespace, removing major features and making them premium is just insulting. Thank you, I used the free download to test it out and i will be back for other plugins for sure!

Everything was super simple: installing the plugin on a personal Squarespace website. The client wanted lightbox functionality on her images, but this action wasn't included in a specific layout. This layout worked for what she wanted to do, but it needed a lightbox to complete it, and Beyondspace delivered the goods without having to upgrade the Squarespace subscription plan, which is often the case with 3rd party extras. Thank you very much.

Perfect fix we wanted for our SquareSpace website. So simple to install and great instructions/support.

Amazing service! I have a personal plan, so adding code is a bit more tricky. But Beyondspace helped me set it up and it works like a charm!

Useless and waste of time

This is the real deal! Perfect for my portfolio Squarespace website. When I had an with PDF loading - they worked very hard to fix. Then recognize an error in their coding and recently release an update. It works as described! And my website looks great. Don't hesitate! LOL I'm writing this for folks like me who have to see multiple reviews to believe. You can believe it!
