I ordered from Beyoung.in and it’s been **15–20 days**, still no delivery.

I called customer care they said “stock not available”, asked me to wait 8–10 days. I waited, called again same reply: "still not available”.

I asked, “When will stock arrive?”they said “no idea”.

I said, “Then why did you show it as available on the website?"they said “sir, please choose something else.”

I said, “You wasted my time, at least give compensation.”they refused.

Then I said, “Okay refund my money, even that will take 7 more days!

So basically:
❌ No product
❌ No clarity
❌ No compensation
❌ Refund delayed

First time shopping here and totally disappointed. Never again!

I brought three shirts with a cost of RS 1998..Per shirt, rate will come Rs 666. I ordered Large size, But I need XL in size. I tried many ways to reach them. No one is responding..I went through their their site as per instructions. There is no more options for further movie up. Actually I made a mistake Rs 666 will get good quality shirt from my place. One year before I purchased two shirts from them. Quality base that was good.. Nowadays very poor quality product they are using..And one more thing they are giving my contact number to many people for fraud purpose..I got many calls from them... without my permission why did they givin number for fraud purpose.. I am highly recommend to all of you please don't buy cheap and poor quality products and malpractice also will happen... Once we brought something, there's no way to connect them...

Placed an ordered for 3 polo t shirts and after waiting for 5 days tried contacting customer service. Then they say the product I selected was out of stock. Their customer service and shipping sucks. U might have to wait for more than 2 weeks to get it. Will never buy from them again in my life. I m still waiting for the t shirts have no clue how their products are

The worst form of delivery experience

The worst form of delivery is used by beyoung, it has been ten days and it is like its going to take more days for orders to reach, i had ordered 4 t shirs not even 1 has reached my state still ? It was roaming in gujrat for some days and now punjab for some more days , if i was to rate the worst and shit delivery option it would be beyoung's delivery options!

Please do not buy.

When I made a purchase, their support, and updates were prompt.
Due to size issues, I had to exchange it.
The person who came for collecting the item was so rude and treated me badly in front of others as if I had cheated them. When only one item was ordered, he scoled me for two items. He was not ready to see my purchase invoice at all.
Further, after the item was picket up, no updates till now. No idea about my money. And wrote couple of mails and the reply was chat through whatsapp.

But, for returns, their whatsapp channel does not reply.

Where is my money gone now?

Cheats

I ordered combo of 4 t shirts and one cargo pants some 15 to 20 days back. The payment went through and I have not received any confirmation email for the order placed. Now I'm trying to email customer care but getting an automated reply that customer care is moved to WhatsApp and WhatsApp customer care does not reply only. I've been cheated by them. Do not recommend them.

Worst Company in Fashion

Let this be a warning to anyone considering shopping from Beyoung.in. I placed an order for their Combo 3 Cargo Pants (Order #5828631) exactly 7 days ago, and this has turned out to be one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

After 4 days of no updates — no emails, no shipping confirmation, no tracking details — I finally got a call from a so-called customer care executive named Vishal. And that call just made things worse.

He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and utterly unprofessional. All he said was that the order was going to be delayed. When I asked for more details like how long the delay would be or what caused it, he simply brushed it off and said, “Sir, you’ll have to wait. There’s no other option.”

No explanation.
No apology.
No accountability.
No compensation.

When I pointed out that this kind of delay without any communication is unacceptable, he didn’t even pretend to care. His tone was dismissive, arrogant, and borderline insulting. It honestly felt like I was talking to someone who had no training in customer service whatsoever — someone who saw customers as a burden instead of a priority.

To make things worse, the company hasn’t offered any gesture of goodwill for the delay — not even a simple sorry. It’s one thing to have logistical delays (which can happen), but it’s a whole different issue when a company treats customers with such indifference and lack of respect.

I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from Beyoung.in. There are far better and more reliable shopping platforms out there where customers are actually treated with the respect they deserve. Beyoung’s service is a joke, their support team is rude, and their lack of communication is appalling.

Until this company gets its act together — better logistics, trained support staff, and a customer-first attitude — I will never return, and I will strongly discourage others from making the same mistake I did.

This was not just a delayed delivery. It was a masterclass in how NOT to treat customers.

Wrong size supplied, very poor response from the staff and lot of misguidance on size and colour availability. They lied every time. Very very bad experience. Please don't buy any product from this company.

This brand is a complete disaster

This brand is a complete disaster. The quality is beyond terrible — thin, cheap fabric that feels like it’ll fall apart after one wash (and guess what? It did). The stitching was already coming loose out of the package. I’ve seen better quality in bargain bin items.

Customer service? Non-existent. They take forever to respond — if they even bother — and their return process is a joke. Total scam vibes.

Don’t waste your time or money on this brand. Overhyped, overpriced, and underwhelming. One star is generous.

Customer request team is a scam here, no one responds to your email or WhatsApp. I have been trying to return my order due to quality issues and these ruthless people are not even responding. I’m filing the complaint to consumer court now.

Beyoung is not young any more

It has been 15 days since the order was placed . the order was supposed to be delivered within 5 days but no signs of delivery yet. Someone named Hemant Soni calls that we shall deliver in another 5 days but again nothing changes. Hemant said that i can be in touch over email but he has never replied to my single email after so many attempts. Their whatsapp support is not active as well as their email support. We can't trust this company

Beyoung - A Sham!!

Extremely horrendous delivery service.. yet to receive my order and it has been 10 days..
The order is not even shipped right now..
What a mess this brand has come down to.. started off well and now just a sham!!
No way to reach them.. you write an email and they never respond..
You watsapp them on their helpline, they never respond..
So all in all, its a moody seller who likes taking orders but doesn’t give a rat’s ass for customer time and money.
