Worst customer service experience

Customer service for issue resolution was non existent, and the overall shopping experience did not match the standards one expects from a major online retailer. The company appears far more focused on marketing than on post-purchase customer satisfaction.

Orders cargo pants shown with 4 pockets on site - was delivered regular pants without the cargo pockets. Initiated return TWICE and was turned down TWICE with a bogus message about pickup was not possible.

Would not recommend unless you are prepared for potential hassles if anything goes wrong with your order.

Fraud company

Fraud company, they are not responding after picking up the exchange article.
Nor they are refunding neither sharing any voucher wallet code to place another order.
We are taking update from last many days and customer support team also keeps our call on mute/hold and not answering us.

Horrible, Disappointing & Unacceptable Experience with Bewakoof

I usually avoid posting negative experiences, but this situation has gone beyond frustration and needs to be highlighted.

I placed an order with Bewakoof on 6th April, influenced by a same-day delivery promise. What followed was a complete breakdown of service and customer trust:

False Delivery Commitment – Promised same-day delivery, but received a delivery call only after 6 days
Delivery Failure – Due to lack of proper mobile number validation, I did not receive the OTP, and the product was taken back without any resolution
Refund Still Pending – Despite being informed that the refund was initiated, I have not received it even after 40+ days
Repeated Miscommunication – Every follow-up results in a new date or the same scripted response, “refund initiated recently, wait 5 working days” which is clearly misleading
Contradictory Responses – Different answers every time, mostly via chatbot, with no clarity or ownership
Poor Customer Support – No accountability, no proper resolution, and no direct escalation channel

I have already shared my bank statements and all required details multiple times, yet the issue remains unresolved.

What is most concerning is the pattern of misleading communication and lack of transparency, reflecting extremely poor customer handling.

This is not just a bad experience it raises serious concerns about customer trust, accountability, and business ethics.

A brand may appear appealing on the surface, but true credibility lies in service and accountability. I strongly recommend being cautious while ordering directly without checking genuine customer reviews.

Worst homegrown brand

This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve had. I ordered two items but only received one, despite paying for both in advance. What’s worse is the lack of urgency from customer support. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, they keep giving generic responses with no clear timeline for the refund. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to follow up multiple times for something that is clearly their mistake.
They ended saying that it is not their mistake as they can’t see anything wrong with their system, leaving me with nothing.
When I checked on google reviews there have been multiple other people who’ve had the same issue.
I have had to escalate the issues to consumer forum.
Please be careful when ordering from bewakoof and the entire process has been quite frustrating and this ha been the worst online shopping experience of my life.
And yes I was one of the customers genuinely wanting to support homegrown brands and hence was ordering from these guys for a long time.

Very worst company till now

Very worst company till now, I have returned the product but after 6 days even did not get refund back. Customer care service is so worst and whenever I asking they just saying U will get your refund back.

But getting nothing.
I am requesting you people never buy anything from this site they are making really bewkoof to there customer.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! You cannot exchange or return a defective cloth. They deliver it with 0 quality without button and you cannot return or exchange.

They waste your time asking to submit and apologizing and 0 work would be done.

Their service is an example of worst service in the world. I would never buy at bewakoof anymore. SCAMMERS!

Return not picked up for over 1 months
The product returns have not been picked up, resulting in a significant delay. I have contacted customer service agents, and they say it will be picked up within 24-72 hours, but still, nothing has been picked up.

This would be the last time I order from here. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing from Bewakoof.com

Ridiculous service


It is not professional at all. I have received an order on Friday 26th December. Only product is received tshirt and joggers is missing in it.

I have raised ticket and reported it then only the package mentions both products but joggers is missing. Package is not distorted at all. I have added all the pictures here.

Please dispatch the missing product as soon as possible. I have even waited for 48 hrs for WhatsApp resolution but now agent is saying we can't help you in this matter as not an error at our end.

Poor Return Policy

Very poor and frustrating experience with Bewakoof.
I requested a return due to poor fitting and missing pocket. After that, the return request was cancelled without proper resolution, and multiple delivery agents kept coming/calling for pickup even after the product was already picked up once. This caused unnecessary harassment, confusion, and mental stress.
Customer support was slow and unhelpful, and the issue was not resolved properly despite repeated follow-ups. I finally had to escalate the matter to NCH (National Consumer Helpline).
Compared to platforms like Amazon or Myntra, this was extremely disappointing. I will not be purchasing from Bewakoof again.

Bad quality

It doesn’t deliver orders on time. It’s always delayed and the quality is really really really cheap. Some of the products which you order they will look very different from the picture on their website and the customer care is really very annoying. They don’t respond on time. Only really good about the company is that they have T-shirt which is very cheap but if saving a few hundred bucks is worth having a headache every time you order because the constant delays and the bad quality and then returning and the entire process, it’s just not worth it.

I placed an order for 6 shirts. I got only ONE WRONG shirt. And they are refusing to refund the rest of the money. They are scamsters. They loot hard earned money of the innocent customers stay away for this filthy brand.
