Spencer has been very helpful 200% would recommend to anyone else.
Spot on customer service with everything from bad signal on my end so he rang me back multiple times and messaged advising he would try again later. Communication was brilliant on the phone and emails. Credit to your company thanks alot. I now have 2 vehicles that have insurance through you.

I asked for a quote and got a callback really promptly.
The lady on the call was informative and gave me things to consider I had not thought about. She was pleasant throughout the call and helped with explanations of anything I was unclear about.
The pricing is competitive and the products offered were great.

Hideous admin fees!!!
Firstly, put on hold for what felt like an eternity. Then to be told that in order to change my reg on my policy was going to cost just shy of £50!!! Absolutely scandalous and nothing but daylight robbery. I called in April about this and it was only £25 so the fact that it's now almost doubled says a lot. Not a chance I'll be renewing.
