I used the call back option and was called back within 15 minutes by Marcus. I wanted to swap insurance from my old car to my new one. Everything was sorted within minutes in a friendly way with no fuss or drama.

I hate every year when insurance is due…
I hate every year when insurance is due as having to ring round for a better deal than the new premium that arrives in your inbox so you have to chase round for a deal why can’t your insurance company offer you a competitive deal then! So the Saga started! Daran’s customer service was excellent he was excellent on information and explanations and efficiently delt with my questions, and a great competitive deal to boot!

I’ve been with Barry Grainger for my driving school insurance for 6 years not found anyone as efficient there customer service is excellent and at a very competitive price try them you won’t be dissapointed 5stars I’m my opinion
