No Updates on Order and No Way to Contact Supportd my order on June 2 and…
My father placed an order on June 2 and received the confirmation email, but since then I haven’t received any shipping update, tracking number, or reply. The website states 2–5 day delivery, and I’m now at Day 4 with no progress.
I’ve searched everywhere for a phone number and can’t find any way to speak with someone directly. The online chat also times out every time, so I’ve been unable to reach support through any channel.
At this point I’m concerned, as I’ve paid $499 and am not hearing anything back.
I will update this review if the company contacts me or resolves the issue.

So glad we found this Smart bidet, it just does everything right. We no longer require a bidet with controls we can't operate, just easy simple functional ones. Another plus is with constant power outages in our area, we no longer have to reset and adjust settings as with the previous seat.

Ok, but could easily be very good
Easy to install. Works well.
1 star off because the plug nuts were too big for my toilet which isn't a huge issue. And 1 star off because the toilet seat buffers are too few, which even when aligned perfectly and everything is as tight as possible, is prone to allowing the seat to slip under weight (70kg user).

Do your homework on customer service.
Received item in good time but water fitting on wrong side .plugs for bowl to big had to modify.also found tee fitting for water very flimsy will be getting metal one from my local plumber.cheers Mike baltakis.
