The Bidet Company Avis 

I bought a handheld bidet spray and I am very impressed. The attachment to my wall tap with the provided T junction was easy and the instructions were very good. I am a very low skill DIYer so I appreciated that the instructions didn’t assume a high level of knowledge.
I would have given 5 stars for my experience but for the fact the product and possibly company are in Thailand despite having an dot co dot nz website and this information is not disclosed. I would still have purchased the product if they had been transparent although I’m not sure if I’d be comfortable ordering a bidet toilet seat. When I send an email asking where they were located they were open about it being logistically and financially better to send from Thailand

The bidet attachment arrived very quickly. The toilet had no tap on the wall (it was in the cistern) and the plumber drilled a hole at the top side of the tank to put the metal lead through. The bidet is great. The water pressure is pretty strong, even on the low setting.

Excellent quality product works as expected no issues at all have ordered another one for 2nd toilet, and you can get left and right hand fittings

WOAH Nelly! This bidet is amazing! I plumbed mine in myself, directly to the mains, cranked the thing to full noise the first time I used it... gave myself 120psi right up main street. It cleaned my bum and my tonsils. In my panic I fell forward and the resulting beam of water spewed forward without resistance. Now there is a clean spot on the bathroom ceiling.

Tried to return the item and it was going to cost more than $160 to return the item to Thailand. Scam alert.

Not even an Australian company.
Cheap product and worse customer service.

My travel bidet stopped working after 8 months and about 5 times of usage. They said sorry no warranty. Terrible business

BAITING TACTICS - NOT STAINLESS STEEL - NOT FROM AUSTRALIA
Shipped from Thailand, the remittance slip states the value of the item is around $15 AUS.
After complaining back & forth & refusing to ship back to Thailand, they gave me a PO Box in Leichhardt NSW to return the item. However, they kept $29 of my refund (from $69) with the excuse of packaging costs etc and crap like that, stating it was a change of mind or no longer needed which none are true. The item is not made of Stainless Steel and definitely not from Australia. BUYER BEWARE - they will find a way to screw you over.

I ordered a 3 pack of these and they’re made of great quality material and work very well. Very easy to install and well packaged. I particularly like that you can control the flow to your desired pressure. Highly Recommend!

I had a problem with the first delivery but happily a replacement was sent immediately . Thanks for your prompt support.

They don’t show the brand until you receive it. Once you know the brand you can see that they charge almost double what it is elsewhere.
The fittings need to be changed to install it in Australia which is added expense.
Buy elsewhere

Should of got one yrs ago my wife suffers from server arthritis and this just makes life easier for her and it’s so easy to install yourself

I am a domestic user. The bidet toilet seat is working well. The water pressure at my residence is very high. It would be useful to know the maximum water pressure that the device can safely handle. It would be a good idea to indicate this in the supplied installation manual.

I want to purchase a spare bidet hose. This is the hose that connects the device to the water supply. The supplied hose, with a smaller diameter at the bidet end, is not available in Singapore. Therefore if this hose ruptures due to high pressure, I will have to buy a new bidet seat.

Would you please let me know the price of a bidet hose. Thank you.

Good product, hose is nice and long. Spray end is sturdy and there are no leaks. Was easy to install and arrived quickly. Customer service was good when I had a question about the dimensions of the product.

Product is exactly as advertised. It arrived promptly and was very easy to install. My wife and I love it! Would definitely recommend.

Our hand held bidet sets arrived promptly, and with a genuine effort at reduced packaging. They were easy to install, and have been in daily use since. The increased body comfort and hygiene are noticeable. And they are also great to assist with cleaning the toilet bowl.
