I ordered a couple of tech products and a watch, and they arrived in perfect condition. Yes, the delivery time was a little longer than expected, but we are in a global pandemic, and it was not alarming. So it is understandable.
When I asked them, they gave me my purchase information and that's it.

I ordered, and paid for 4 items, on 10/01/2020. I am still waiting for the items. I also received the link to "track" the items. Supposedly they have arrived in the USA, some 4 weeks ago. I guess they deliver by horseback, or they just steal your money and provide nothing in return.

Don't be confused with the company Bidz.com, this company Bids.com is completely different! I made the mistake of mixing them up, that's on me but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. I bought something in there Auction over a week ago and it hasn't shipped. They are very quick to take your money though. For all you guys out there that one a $1 auction, it's going to cost you $10 when it's all said and done and there value of the item is usually $12. There obviously a Chinese company, buyer definitely beware. They have a virtual address at 27240 Turnberry Lane, Suite 200, Valencia CA 91355 . All this is a virtual address where they pay a monthly fee to move mail thru and try to make look like there here in the U.S. All it takes is a few clicks of the button to see. I have close to 30 orders from bids.com that have yet to be delivered. I started receiving emails on October 9 (it is now October 28) saying my items have shipped. I have yet to see any of them arrive. I have called twice to see where my items are and all they tell me is that it shipped and Covid is to blame. Come on, we are talking 3 weeks in transit. They have my money, but I don't have my merchandise.

A disappointing experience to say the least!
• Overvalued, substandard and just plain shoddy craftsmanship, if you can call it even that. Machine made? “Made in Canada”
• The photos exaggerate the quality and craftsmanship while leaving out glaring flaws.
• Proper description and sizes are often left out! Emails inquiries can go unanswered!
• Ridiculously expensive non-
trackable shipping.

After receiving a reply from the vendor on this site I discovered another of their auctions on Hibid, it’s called “Affordable Creations” and it’s worse than “Bids For Benefits”!
Same items in $US, claiming it was easier for their US clients.
Right! You believe that and I have a bridge for sale ~ cheap!
In fact one item I had purchased from “Bids For Benefits” was valued @ almost 1/2 the value on “Affordable Creations”!
My initial review stands!!!
Don’t waste your time or money, you won’t be happy.
