I was worried after reading other people’s reviews but honestly I was very pleasantly surprised! The shipping took quite a while but I’m in Australia so makes sense. I got a ring and earrings and they’re quite nice though obviously not proper gold or gold plated because the green came off on my ears. They’re very nice looking though so I would ultimately recommend. The customer service was also fantastic, very nice and quite fast and got to the bottom of my questions (ie shipping etc).

Due to COVID, I was concerned when my package would arrive but reaching out to the customer service team was so easy! They got back to me really quickly about my concerns and are very sweet and hands on. I got 3 sets of the mini hoops one for me, my sis and my mom. They are beautiful! Would definitely purchase some more items again! 10/10 💜

I’m based in Durban South Africa and I had to wait 3 weeks for my package which was the thin gold hoops 🤍but it was totally worth it the earrings are really nice and of such great quality

I love the pieces that I ordered, and I was fine waiting a few weeks given Covid delays and free shipping.

Pros: Jewelry is lovely, exactly as it appeared on the website. Nice heavy weight to it, appears to be well made. Owners of the shop are very responsive.

Cons: Jewelry took 6 weeks to be delivered - I imagine it is COVID related, not the fault of the company. NO RETURN POLICY and the tracking info looks suspicious. I

Just received my ring, it's amazing ! Shipment delayed due to the international situation with Covid-19, but each time I sent a mail to have news I received a kind and quick response, explaining the reason of long delivery. Many thanks to Janelle for her efficiency and professionalism (great follow-up !).

I made my purchase 3 weeks ago and it arrived today- it did say that the shipment takes longer but its also free so...?

I looked online and saw it came from China, it says Italy/ Spain inspired, doesn't say it comes directly from Europe anywhere.

Overall i am really pleased, i ordered the bangle and a necklace and for the price (with 40% off) similar style to Missoma.

Time will tell how the jewellery wears, but overall i am v pleased.

It has been over a month and this company has not managed to get me my order. It's been saying it left Shanghai for weeks, and they market themselves like they are from Italy. It's a load of NONSENSE and I have never had such a terrible experience with a company.

My package never arrived, and the prices are crazy high, I can't reach them to refund my money back, it's shameful.......

This company poses as being based in Spain, it has a beautiful instagram account and nice website. Once ordered, postage was so slow i started to get suspicious, i tried to contact them numerous times through instagram and email with no reply. In the end I had to go on tagged photos and message previous customers to see if the product was legit. In the end it came and had been shipped from china. The ring was bulky and ugly looking, nothing like how it had been advertised. and for the price of £35? they are having a laugh. I would have sent it back but didn't want to go through the trouble of contacting their non-existent help team.
