this is a total scam! I ordered these thinking they were from an australian website and received a chinese tracking number.
I would not have ordered these if I knew they were from china as I paid the price tag thinking they were quality. I would have obviously just paid a few dollars for ones from china if i wanted cheap ones.
After waiting for weeks, they are light weight cheap and not what I wanted at all. (as expected when I received the chinese tracking number)
0/5 stars!!!!!! and I messaged them on instagram and did not receive any response.

I mean I loved the jewellery when I first put it on, but this is day one of my wearing my gold ring and it has already started to fade and scratch with silver coming through. Very disappointed. While the price is pretty good, I won't bother with the quality. Didn't last more than 6 hours

I love biella vintage!! The products are great, and the price is very reasonable. I’ve got a lot of jewelry from different brands but their quality isn’t such great for the price.

I buy 3 rings.
I return 2 of them cause the color faded, the news one did the same thing.

I purchased a few rings a while ago and have now returned for a new order, this time to try their earrings.
The quality is good and there are many cool options to choose from.

I have bought many products from this company, which I am exceptionally pleased with, and which makes me return as a regular client. Even when I had a recent order that was not up to my standards, the service representative, Camille, was excellent in offering me a great solution which resulted in me getting another product that I really love. Overall, great quality, experience, consistency, and service.

I love the earrings I bought from Biella Vintage!!! They’re super pretty and of excellent quality; I’ve tried other companies, but many of their earrings' colour fades after a while, and they lose shape, not these, though🙌 I’ll order more further ahead!

I initially bought gold hoops...my goodness gorrrgeous!!!, solid 'genuine gold looking' and just stunning!..so then I ordered a necklace, gold, looks again like genuine solid gold, important to note I don't EVER (until now) buy anything BUT solid gold, but have been so very impressed with the authentic look of this jewelry brand...will definitely be buying again, Thank you Bielle :)

‘Gold’ rings are yellow and look cheap. Website has contradictory information on returns, including that must be returned within 14 days of purchase which is impossible as the items took more than 14 days to ship from China even though the website promotes as being Australian.

Reklamerade ett armband, fick svar omgående via mail.
Efter några turer där de tog sig tid att maila med frågor o de ville ha foton så fick jag välja ut en ny produkt utan kostnad.

Ordered a bracelet which looked lovely online. In reality it’s very yellow and looks cheap so I won’t be wearing it but it does seem waterproof so if that’s more important to you they may be ok. Shipping came direct from China so I’m not sure whether the company is Australian as the website suggests.

I received the 2 rings I ordered yesterday and I am thrilled to bits with them. Their website shows the products exactly as they are. And the sizing is perfect. I first heard about Biellavintage when I commented on a ring on a friend's hand and when she told me how good they were to deal with I immediately went on line and ordered. I will be recommending them to all my friends.
