John Banks Big & Tall Menswear Avis 

I visited the store looking to buy some shoes and shirts. The service I received was excellent. I tried on several pairs on shoes, and went through a few sizes to find the right fit. This was the second time I had visited the store, and the range of products in the hard-to-get Extra Tall clothing and the 13-15 shoe sizes was very good.

The joggers are spot on fit and feel great and good quality

My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the clothing we bought today and also with the personalised service we were afforded by Sue. She is outstanding! If I had to give a possible improvement it would be that if customers spend a great deal in this shop they should be given a discount on their purchase straight away rather than a discount on their next purchase. Took my hubby to get a suit, we were served by Chris, who went above and beyond to get the perfect suit.There was so much choice that once we had the suit looked at all the other clothes, great value for money and friendly service from Chris and the other staff nothing was to much trouble.

Very welcoming store in a brilliant location.

Returns Nightmare in small print and non existent customer services who believe a 9 word email without and to from customer is a good explanation…..
Having bought a jacket for £120, great delivery, unfortunately jacket didn't fit so returned using the prepaid service which landed well within the time allowed. The issue was the refund which had the carriage costs deducted. When I complained I got a 2 line answer and a screenshot highlighting a returns line that if the return takes the sale value below £99 you are liable for the cost... So basically its not a free service if you buy one item and have to return it !!!
