So, why only two stars? [I know there are three]
Their price was good, coverage seemed just right for our needs, and sign-up was easy. It's important to note that I have not travelled yet, so all I have is a piece of (electronic) paper for my money.
So, why only two stars?

My single-trip destination is Morocco (which I entered on the electronic forms).
When my email came through, the destination was marked as Europe. Now, I may be missing something, but my maps show Morocco as on the northern tip of Africa.
So I consulted the documents they sent (by email). None showed exactly what I booked - all referred to the Schedule. None contained the schedule, so I phoned up.
Here's what the agent said:
1. That the schedule is the body of the email (which shows my destination as 'Europe')
2. Morocco is in Europe (for them)
3. There is no written document I can have which tells me that
4. Most shocking... The agent would not (claims could not) give me a call reference number as evidence
I really hope I don't have to claim, because I am worried about having to prove that I stated our destination as Morocco.
The inability to confirm in writing that I am covered for what I believe I paid for is a signal failure for an insurer. Hence only 2 stars.
Up to three stars...
UPDATE: I also emailed this information to Big Blue. A customer care advisor replied confirming by email that my policy does indeed cover me for Morocco, apologising for the confusion. Whilst I should not have needed to send the email, the reply was quick and courteous (although did not suggest they may review their procedures). This earns Big Blue an extra star.
