Great experience
Great experience! Iryna coordinated the time and day for us, and explained the pricing in a clear manner. The amazing duo that helped us on the day was great - We were on the third floor, no lifts and these guys did an amazing job! Removal was quick and efficient, and so was the unloading of the van to the new place. Friendly and efficient service!
Would definitely use again!

Used this company twice, once when moving and second time today to move some new furniture in. Really pleasant to communicate with and they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction and resolving any miscommunication. Great value for money and will be using them in again the future!

Excellent service
Excellent service, they were very efficient and careful moved from Aldershot to Guildford. They came when arranged, very particular wrapping and packing my fragile glass table. Unpacked with no damage. The lads were very polite and very reasonably priced compared to all the previous we have used! I can higly recommend this company 10/10!

An absolute nightmare
Terrible Service – No Show and No Communication
Absolutely awful experience. We booked Big & Small Removals for our move 16 days in advance, and they simply never showed up. We were left with all our possessions packed up, waiting, with no communication from them. Attempts to contact them went unanswered, leaving us completely stranded on moving day.
This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially for something as important as a house move. If you’re looking for a professional and trustworthy removals company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Avoid at cost!

We sincerely apologize for the delay and take full responsibility for not clarifying that the 2 PM time was approximate. However, this was a delay—not a cancellation on our part. Our manager called at around 1:30 PM to inform you and offer a discount, but unfortunately, the conversation became too heated to find a solution. Later, you let us know you had already hired another company and told us not to come.
We understand that delays are frustrating, but professionalism should go both ways. While we are improving our booking process to ensure better communication, we also expect respectful interactions with our team.

I needed to move quickly, communication with the lady was quick and efficient, the guys turned up on time … I paid by the hour and they didn’t waste any time or mess about. They worked from start to finish, 6 hours. I will use these again next month and highly recommend them … and it’s a family business. Well don’t guys

Was moving flats this Monday, went great.
The driver and his assistant were very sweet! I have anxiety and thought it would be double stress to deal with new people, but felt very comfortable, not much small talk, which I very much appreciated lol.
Double points for the price, the lowest I found in the aria, but still high quality service.
All cool and easy, within the time frame discussed, thanks. 🌞
