Great and friendly service
Great and friendly service. Unfortunately the concept is a necessity these days, but the team have executed it brilliantly. I only wish I had asked if they could clean my bike when I dropped it off and not when I picked it up. Missed out, now I have to do it myself.

Used bike drop as part of a rapha ride and the service was great. Every member of staff was helpful and generally just a nice bunch of people.

Bike Drop is a great service. Their staff are friendly and knowledgable; I would recommend them to any cyclist looking for a place to park their bikes that isn't a dodgy government provided railing on the side of the road!!

First time user - this is the solution i have been looking for. Perfect place to leave my bike securely, friendly and helpful staff. Will be a regular user.
A toilet and changing room would make it even better.

Really good service and good to know your bike is safe (and dry) while shopping or going to work. Would be great if Bike-Drop opened at Marble Arch and Southbank too.
