Poor initial experience. Sportsbike Shop are far better
Came across this online store while searching for some new bike gear and thought I’d give them a go.
Added over £2.5k worth of stuff to the basket, consisting of two piece A Stars leathers, Supertech R boots, A Stars gloves, Tech Air 5 plasma vest and a couple of smaller items. I then saw an offer of 10% off if you sign up to their newsletter.
Done that and got a discount code via email. Tried to use the code yet not a single item was reduced in price. Most of the items already had a 5% discount applied and the code popped up with an error message “The voucher code has a lower discount than products in the cart” which is simply not the case. A 10% code off of full retail price is obviously lower than their already applied, 5% off.
A short while later I’m sent another email, this time with a 15% discount and it’s saying exactly the same thing! Pointless offers that don’t work, to entice new customers is poor practice!
I’ll stick to my usual Sportsbike Shop for this order, who also offer free returns if an item doesn’t fit or is longer wanted, unlike this company.

Excellent company, fast dispatch though because it was ordered just before Easter package was held up a few days, not the company at fault, well packaged, terrific value, marvelous experience, will definitely shop with them again
