Settled in Under a Week!!
Claim submitted on a Friday, settled the following Wednesday after 3 email communications to clarify a couple of things. Money in the bank on Thursday. Less than and a week to sort. Excellent service, would definitely recommend Bikmo and will continue to use them 👍

Policy cancelled today it was taken out…
Policy cancelled on the same it was taken out received confirmation of cancellation of policy yet two weeks later direct debit still deducted tried to contact these cowboys and no response
Pathetic company, disgusting customer service and taking direct debits even though policy was never live and then ignoring my requests
Amateur Cowboys at Best deception and fraudulent at worst

Quick claim approval
My bike got stolen and i filed a claim. Bikmo gave prompt response to my queries and emails and approved my claim within 4 working days. They are good and reliable. I got almost all the money in claim (including bike and the accessories). Kudos to Bikmo team

Stolen Bicycle Claim
Had my bike stolen recently and Bikmo went above and beyond to soften the blow. The claiming process was straight forward and had the issue settled within a few days.
One thing to note, when taking out insurance with Bikmo, the policy states a few "must-do's" in order to have a successful claim should something go wrong. Follow the policy as stated by Bikmo Insurance and you will have no issues.

Good experience
So far I have very good experience with Bikmo. Takes a while for them to investigate a case and prove your claim, but they're fair. Customer service is excellent, very professional and pleasant to talk to them.

The Bikmo team are first class
The Bikmo team are first class! I had to make a claim for my son’s cracked MTB frame which was not repairable (he was very sad!) and everyone from the first contact to the last was so helpful, knowledgable and understood how important sorting this issue out was for my son. The payment was sorted super quickly once the decision was made and we are now getting a new bike build as I type.
I cannot recommend anyone more highly to trust with your bikes!

Bei meinem Bike ging der Akku kaputt. Ich habe das am 21.07 gemolden. Im Spätherbst dann eine Absage bekommen. Bei dieser langen Wartezeit habe ich selber einen neuen Akku gekauft, ansonsten wäre die Bike Saison dahin gewesen. Obwohl der Akku im Vertrag stand, habe ich die Kosten nicht ersetzt bekommen, nicht mal einen Teil. Zahlen darf man, nur solltest du die Versicherung nie benötigen, denn dann bist du verlassen. Solch Firmen sollte das Handwerk gelegt werden.

Theft from a train station
My bike was stolen from a train station on a Wednesday, by the following Tuesday my claim was approved, and I ordered my new bike for delivery on Friday. 9 days from theft to riding again, amazing!
