Order stuff last year. I need more time too pay they cancel my order i kept what i paid. They left me short.

Completely took the stress of christmas food shopping away. Arrived promptly. Well packaged. Excellent choice. Definitely ordering again for next year.

Received my order this morning and none of it worth the money, paid 40 pounds for biscuits got 4 wee boxes and 2 packets worth a pound each, sweets one was no where near 71 pounds worth, won't be using them again!!!

the delivery time is an absolute joke.
Ive ordered the largest hampers to the sum of just over £1600
The delivery date is late on the 23rd December!!!- what good is that to me at this late time?
Great Frozen turkey for christmas! So now i need to buy one anyway in order that it can defrost in time for Xmas Eve when everyone is round!
the actual hampers have disappeared from the Bilco website so i havent got a clue as to what i am/should be getting!

So an update on the review and I've changed this from 1 to 5 stars.
The company did in fact get in touch, the delivery date was amended to the 17th December.
5 stars for their after sales service. So many companies respond to a negative post on TripAdvisor but so few actually do something about it.

i absolutely love bilco , i was skeptical at first when i first ordered in 2022 as i never heard of bilco so i just got the sweet sensation and the biscuit galore hamper , they turned up so in 2023 i decided to go all out and get the christmas combo deal it comes with 7 hampers everything turned up and the food lasted until early march so ive ordered the same for 2024 which i cant wait to arrive
