We had great service from Bilco and had lovely hampers although there was items that my family don't like but I will be ordering again because it wasn't such a mad rush to get shopping done this year and no queuing which to me is a bonus

It good I make weekly payments when I receive my hampers there was loads
I didn’t think I would have room in the freezer
It not expensive it helps

I saved with Bilco for the first time for Christmas 23.
I have already ordered for Christmas 24!
I liked the ability to purchase everything I needed in advance and pay for it over the year.
It was a quick and easy ordering system online and I chose the payment date that worked best for me.
Delivery was as advised and the delivery driver was a nice, friendly person.
My only small comment would be to possibly have email updates, once ordered it goes very silent and I am a worrier lol.
This year I won't be as worried as I know the system!

They are a great Christmas savings club they do everything from food hampers to alcohol hampers to kids toys the customer care team are excellent the delivery team are superb they text you when they are going to deliver 10 out of 10

Wouldn’t rate them one star but trustpilot made me save money and go elsewhere this company is disgusting no phone call to arrange delivery had to chase this up was hour late then arrived wet and with broken glass in also not worth more the 50 pound yet cost me over 550 for them cheap stuff won’t feed us and out of date food and hardly any sweets manager Glen refused to collect and refund me or help and was extremely rude so disappointed, sent all info and photos and haven’t replaced box yet to receive any refund for it leave me and the children with no Xmas hamper for Xmas! Please refund me and I will amend my review , ps I’ve both lists of what’s in the hamper that yous provided and it’s not 101 items at all!

Received my hampers yesterday, I ordered Holly and Kent with stuffed Turkey crown.
I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be ordering for 2024 . Thank you to all at Bilco Direct for making my Christmas stress free !

Recieved my first ever Hampers from Bilcodirect today and was over the moon all the boxes were full to the brim with goodies the kids loved getting all the pieces out of the boxes and i got left with the meat box as they said that was boring, already sorted out for next year and added a few extra Hampers on just waiting for the online order line to open, I definetly reccomend them .

Absolutely excellent company, staff are amazing. I’ve added things to my order on a few occasions and it’s not been a problem all sorted by email same day and new direct debit mandate issued same day too, can’t fault their customer service! Very happy to deal with this company!

The ordering experience was easy. So was adding items to the order. Obviously, I can't comment on anything else at the moment because I ordered Christmas hampers and they have not yet been delivered. So far so good!
