The hamper is a lot more expensive this time round then last year and my last year delivery was very short notice and I didn’t receive a phone call to arrange delivery or time slot the hamper it’s was ok

We are really sorry that you were not contacted regarding your delivery slot. We do ask our delivery partners to either text or call 3 days before delivery to let you know when your hampers will be delivered. We did send out emails informing everyone that the deliveries will be taking place between certain dates but sometimes these emails drop into your junk folder.
In regards to the price unfortunately everything has increased in price from the electricity for our freezers which has doubled, to the products that go into the hampers and even the delivery costs that we have to pay. I can see however that you have ordered the Christmas Combo again this year, I'm not sure if you're aware that you actually get 7 hampers in this bundle this year instead of the 6 you got last year.
