As always Billbuddy were 100% efficient.
Contacted me 6 weeks ago advising me not to enter into any further fixed tariffs until Billbuddy contacted me again at end of March. As promised they emailed me today to update me on the current energy crisis to advise me how best to proceed.

I needed advice on my Electric Tariff fixed price renewal as I had concerns about the very high increase the supply company had quoted, I was advised to contact them and ask about a capped price, which I did and was offered a standard price which is slightly lower than the fixed price, which for me is still a saving

We've been with BillBuddy for a few years now and we rely on them totally for advice and guidance on our home energy needs. They're good in being proactive in communication and very quick to respond to queries. We also like the friendly, informal nature of the service.

I have to say, the name Billbuddy sounds quite American and for some reason i was not expecting too much but i have to say, they have been brilliant since joining them, and consistently brilliant since. I think i've been with them since 2020. They first switched us to SSE when SSE was cheap and saved us some money, so thank you BB. We were then transferred to Octopus Energy in July 2021 by BB. Not only was it the cheapest tariff at the time but it only happened to be fixed until June 2023 (ie 2 years!). Yes fixed for 2 year energy tariff! Whilst i read in horror about the colossal rises in energy costs and frequently hear people complaining about their energy bills thanks to those love russian people i thank god that i did not trust my judgement and actually did sign up with BillBuddy, and for months now i think it's one of the best things i have ever done. They make the whole process as painless as possible, put your faith in them and let them deal with everything on your behalf. They must also have a magic crystal ball or something as they had the foresight to switch me onto the 2 year fixed rate tariff - brilliant! They must have a relative of Nostradamus working there or something. It's never to late to put your faith in this company, let them help you save lots of money!

I had previously given 1 star due to failed switch, but Bull Buddy have since been in contact, and have been very helpful in pointing us in the right direction to get this sorted, and the problem that started this was not down to them, so thanks for your help

I have been totally on board with BillBuddy looking after my electricity provider for a few years now & on noticing a dramatic increase this morning on my Smart meter I contacted them for advice on what to do & am happy with the promptness of response & advice. As a widow on my own the knowledge that someone independent is looking out for me is reassuring.

I was just a bit troubled in this energy market now-a-days, and my current supplier ceasing trading. But with chatting to Amelia (at Bill Buddy) she calmed my nerves and explained the situation.

Worst switch I ever made using Billbuddy recommendation to switch to Shell energy. Shell are the worst company I have ever come across, it took them 5 months to give me a bill after I had told them I had not had a bill , they admitted they were at fault . they told me I was in credit and issued a refund , but then gave me double the amount again so in affect two refunds were made which left me in debt to them , they could not read my smart meter so they estimated , I ended up with a bill of £448.00 , DO NOT USE SHELL ENERGY .
