This is my third attempt! I can write the review but I cannot manage to send it! I received sensible and clear assistance from Caitlin this afternoon for which I am very grateful. I was thinking along the same lines, but I lacked the knowledge and confidence to follow that line of action. Thank you, Caitlin, for your patience and your help. My understanding is very much better as the result of your intervention.

I it was easy to contact you and get instant replies,after explaining the current energy situation and advice you have given me it has put my mind at ease to stay put and ignore pressure from some suppliers to enter fixed term contracts when the market may reach stability in the short term.

I regularly use Bill Buddy, and have had excellent help each time I have rang especially from Ian. Whilst the service can be good, when I asked for my account to be closed as it wasn't adding any value (only electricity and I keep on top of tariffs) it took three requests before I was told that the account "was closed" by a member of Support.....only to be able to log in and change my password a week later. That is just unacceptable lying!

Current energy supplier is increasing my tariff by 45% from 2nd November 2021. BillBuddy helped me understand the energy price market and make a rational decision on future supplies.

I was informed that my tarrif was about to get very expensive with my current provider. I did not respond immediately due to a bereavement. Thankfully I received a gentle reminder and I didn't delay. I had a small query which was answered quickly and professionally.
The switch was effortless as all I needed to do was give my approval to proceed. Really looking forward to the savings made.
