I paid for an automatic toothbrush. It never came. I contacted the company, and they told me they would send it, but they never did. It's been 42 days now since I ordered it. They took my money but refuse to give me what I paid for. I will never shop there again. I should have stuck with companies I know are reputable like Amazon, Ebay, and Etsy. I should have known better than to shop at a company I never heard of before. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Bought $320.00 worth of stuff. They sent me the wrong stuff and gave me the run around for a couple of months and did not return my money and all of a sudden closed my case. Cannot trust them

Bingilstore is a big scam. They take your order and never deliver. Hope you see this review.

BINGOLSTORE CHINA IS FRAUD

Never Ever fall in trap of bingolstore.com
I purchased a car light from them. One month no delivery.
When asked they saying due to some customs clearance problem they cannot deliver.
When i asked for refund, they saying they can refund only 50% of my money as per return policy,
I dont know how return policy even come into play for a product which even they didnt delivered.

THEY ARE FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. STAY AWAY

This business is a fraud! Do not purchase anything from them. I never received my merchandise and I contacted them and they offered to refund half money. What kind of BS is that! Hope your company gets shut down!

I ordered a car central console in solid plastic and for the same price i received a stupid map and impossible tu use it in the car.
I received a 10´% discount for a useless accessory. instead of sending me the accessorie corresponding with the pictures.
i am disapointed and will never buy there again.

Don’t order from them. Horrible everywhich way. Bad! Buyer beware.

They should be shut down.

The worst experience ever! Do yourself a favour and do not order anything. It's a total scam! I ordered the cup holder they advertise on FB. Supposed to have the actual cup holder, a change box, supposed to be leather, etc. The thing I got doesn't even remotely resemble what the picture represents. They admit that I did not get what I ordered but refuse to give me a refund. Not only that, but you cannot ship anything back because until you agree to the "deal with the devil", they won't give you the address for returning the items. A bunch of fraudsters! Beware!

Bingolstore sent me the wrong merchandise and would not correct their mistake, actually wanting me to pay for their mistake:
1. They sent me the wrong merchandise.
2. They expected me to pay for the postage to return to the wrong merchandise they sent me.
3. They were only willing to refund me 50% of my $33; only if I returned their unusable merchandise to them at my cost.
4. So I end up losing $16.50 plus $20 postage = $36.50; and I would have received nothing.
5. They would be $16.50 richer for giving me nothing but trouble.

Surly not to recommend it !!
1. There are no free bracelets as they stated in the website and came in a bad packaging !!!
2. The watches absolutely don’t match the photos in the website!!
3. Poor quality and have scratches!!
4. As a customer even if you have the right to return the items due to the bad quality and scratches you should pay the return freight wich costs about 15$
5. You can write a review in their website, but they will not post it !!!!

Still haven't received my product. Keep getting emails saying it was shipped. Tracking number not right. Payed for express delivery in 5 to 12 days its been a month

To be honest. I’m updating this review: my package has arrived today via mail.. I was emailed that my package arrived yesterday.

Now I’m really upset: what the /:;(!!? I just opened this package and the thing has 1 light when it supposed to be a pair.

Their tracking system can kick rocks...

Good morning, I was worried about the reviews, but instead I received the package before what was promised and a single article even arrived twice. What I ordered corresponds and I am satisfied. Buongiorno, io ero preoccupata per le recensioni, ma invece ho ricevuto il pacco prima di quanto promesso e un articolo singolo addirittura è arrivato doppio. Quello che ho ordinato corrisponde e sono soddisfatta.

DO NOT order from them! I ordered a hair curler from the ad on Instagram and they sent me a wrong and used iron. I immediately contacted them; sent them the pictures and they refused to exchange it saying that I would cost me a lot of money to send it over to China.
The WORST customer service-NEVER again!

Ordered a hair curler from an ad on Instagram. They took my money out, haven't seen my order. They haven't responded to any emails, or calls. The last email came back undeliveralbe due to the "inbox being full".......

They don't even deserve a star. I've yet to receive my tracking information and its been a month. I'm hoping to get with my bank and dispute, because I haven't received product and keep getting false reassurance from the dealer. Save yourself the trouble. Worst ever, Never again.

Worst EVER!!! I ordered the 2 in 1 rolling curling iron.THEN they sent a cheap flat iron. I have emailed them several times for them to rectify the problem. All I want is the iron that I ordered. They just keep offer to give me a price adjust. Not acceptable for a curly iron I can't use. I wish I would have read this site before I ordered. DO NOT order from this company.

I received the wrong product very in late and no news from them since I wrote for complain.

Instagram got me. Usually pretty smart about these things. Never again!! Read other reviews they are all correct. I had same experience.
