This company sent the wrong item and refused to exchange for the correct item. They said it would cost too much money to exchange so they wanted to offer me $10 instead. I ordered a Mestar Iron Pro and they sent me a cheap version of the regular iron not Pro. So in order to actually obtain the item I ALREADY purchased, I would have to pay $15 to send back the item I purchased, only get $10 and lose the other $30 it cost and then repurchase the item in full again!
Terrible costumer service and they will RIP YOU OFF!

My order from this site was shipped to Dallas,TX and not to Wentzville, MO where I live. I never received an email with tracking information and upon following up with the company about my order, I was instructed to go to the post office. I still have had no follow up regarding my request for them to ship it to the correct place or refund my money. The next step is to write the BBB. I do no recommend this site!

I ordered the 2 in 1 curling tool I recieved a cheap knock off that was only a straight iron ! Not only that but the plug in is not compatable . I contacted company and was offered 5 bucks back. I spent 50 ! U could have bought this product at the dollar store. It is nothing like pics or videos and it only straightens hair not curls This people are scam artist and I pray No one else is as stupid as I was to trust this company!

This company have rip me off i ordered a 2 in 1 mestar pro it cost me $45 i got a cheap pair of hair tongs and offered me ud $3 to keep them or i can return them at my cost it there mistake

Complete Scam! I did not get what I ordered - not even close. I got what they call a flat iron that looks used and is dirty! Plus it doesn't even have a US plug - so I can't even use it! Do not even try to contact them as they have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered!! They expect you to front the cost of the return AND only get a partial refund. They don't have a care that they send you the wrong item as all they care about is money. They do not care about loyal customers or have decent morals! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY! We are clearly building the wall in the wrong place!

Horrible!!! Do not buy from these people! I ordered a flat iron on dec 23 and paid expedited shipping. I emailed them multiple times and they said the tracking number had an issue. I finally received the product on Jan 22! A month later! It was not what I had ordered! The plug you can’t even use in the US!!! Nowhere close to the product that was advertised!

I would strongly advise AGAINST purchasing anything from Bingolstore. After paying for "expedited shipping", I received the item in 18 days. I was unaware that it would be shipping from China. I sent several emails to the Bingolstore customer service regarding the invalid tracking number they provided and did not receive an answer for several days. I finally received the curling iron, which was not the product advertised and was 220 V which isn't usable in the US without a converter. I am in the process of attempting to return the item. Bingolsore fails to mention that returns have to be shipped back to CHINA at YOUR EXPENSE. They offered me 20% of what I paid...$6.00. I believe this on line retailer to be a shoddy store front at best. AVOID.

SCAM SITE!!!!!! Ordered product, wrong product came and the package was opened and wrong product appeared used. Customer service offered me 30% off? of a product I did not order! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Do not purshase from them. The product was very cheap in material. I purchased a curling iron. It didn’t even warm up. It took me 2 weeks to get them to agree to refund me my money. The item cost $25.00 they do not pay shipping to return it’ll cost me $23.95 to ship back to CHINA! It’s a rip off. No one gets back to you.

I bought a curling iron. It came with the package ripped open, poorly packaged inside, and the item looked USED!!! To make matters even worse, it's not the iron I ordered. I've never been so dissatisfied with a purchase. Since it came from China, I don't think I even want to mess with shipping it back. NEVER again!!!

Do not buy anything from the place! My item was broken on arrival. The packaging however was not which suggests to me that it was actually packed broken!

I am in the process of negotiating a full refund over about 10 emails. First the offered 20 percent refund and told me if i got the iten FIXED it would probably work!!!! At my expense mind, then I was offered 50 percent, then 80 and finally full refund on return of the item but they wont pay postage even though I paid postage to recieve it. Im fuming!!!

This Company Has The WORST Customer Service Ever ! I Am Dealing With An Individual Named Michael Ramon. I Received A DEFECTIVE Nissan Lighted Projection Door Ghost Shadow LED Unit That Was Defective & Not Bright Enough. I Explained This To Them & Even Supplied A Photo Of The Distorted Image It Projected. I Requested A Refund Several Weeks Ago & They Keep Giving Excuses & Changing Terms To Resolve My Issue. I Reported The Problem To PayPal Requesting A Full Refund. I Was Informed By Michael Ramon From Their Customer Service That Instead Of A Refund They Just Sent Out A Replacement That I Do NOT Want That I Have To Wait Another Several Weeks To Receive & Take A Chance That Also Will Not Work Properly. I Should Have Just Ordered This Item From A Reputable USA Company From E Bay Or Amazon Which I Currently Did. I Was Amazed How BAD The Reviews Are From Bingolstore Calling Them A SCAM Company. I Should Have Known Better. I Am Awaiting For PayPal To Get Me A FULL REFUND ! When I Tracked The # LN530914653KR That Michael Ramon Of Customer Service Just E Mailed Me & Advised Me The Replacement Was Already Shipped - That Tracking # Was From The Original Defective Item I Already Received Last Month & Was NOT For A New Replacement Part They Told Me They Just Shipped. I Just Updated PayPal On Their Continued LIES - Bingolstore Is A TOTAL SCAM Company - PLEASE Do NOT Trust Them Or Purchase Anything From Them !!!!

If I could leave a 0 for this company, I would 1000 times to balance out that 5 star review left by someone obviously working for this "company". I ordered the car lights as a Christmas present on December 10. As soon as I checked out, the confirmation page said 8-10 weeks shipping! WHAT? So I emailed them right away to cancel the order and IMMEDIATELY after Got an email that the item shipped. What happened to that 8-10 weeks? That was the first sign that something sketchy was going on here. They finally emailed me back with some super long response about cancelling my order which made zero sense. I read it and was left wondering "So is my order cancelled or not????" Its been more than three weeks since they sent this response, and I have emailed them probably 10 times since and have gotten no answers. The tracking number they gave me does not work and I have yet to receive the item. Christmas is over and I missed the opportunity to give this gift. I've filed complaints with paypal and I just don't want anyone to make the same mistake as me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy anything from this internet/instagram ad company (aka LiJ Co.)! They intentionally sent me the wrong item, because the correct one would have taken too long. After many email - finally they offered, that I send it back to them at my expense (to Bahrain! from US). the alternative is a 50% refund and I can keep it - really!? I have no use for the item they sent - you can't just send something else because you want to. Now I have to go fight with PayPal to try to get them to refund this transaction. Also paid for 3-5 days express shipping and I didn't receive it for 12 days after the money was taken from my account! Found the same thing at Amazon, fulfilled by Amazon in 2 days. Wish I had checked there first. This company is total BS SCAMMERS!!!! I will be posting this review all across the web!!!

I ordered the car door lights, took well over a month to get. Then of course they didn't work. No one will respond i've emailed, called/texted their number they have for whatsapp. Nothing. How do i go about this??? I need my money refunded asap, this is very frustrating and unacceptable. They need to set shut down for being scam artists.

Ordered car door lights and never received. The tracking number does not work. The email they provided to contact if there was any trouble only gets returned. The store email also bounces back as an undeliverable email. Believe this is a scam site. Warning.

Do not order anything from here!! I ordered my boyfriend a Christmas present on the 6th if December, paid VIP shipping and still nothing! I’ve emailed them and never got a reply, emailed them again and seems they have blocked me! And the number they have given doesn’t work.
