On the whole it is much easier to do…
On the whole it is much easier to do the daily reports on my phone. I would really appreciate it if there was, under liquids/drinks an item for MILK, SOUP, JELLY, ETC, as these are liquids, which help increase the liquid intake for our elderly clients. Please, thank you.

Thank you for the positive feedback! It’s really appreciated. In regards to the drink/liquids observations - you can add items such as soup and jelly under food observations instead. There’s also a free-text box - here you can add as much detail as required!

WELL ORGANISED APP
The company is making life more easier for service providers and service users by providing well organised tasks which are timely arranged and reminders which turn from green, amber to red if undone. Provision for a section for the explanation as to why there is a delay as well. Duties are shown according to dates and times one has to attend, time sheets and number of hours accumulated. It's simple to understand and implement. Forward Ever Backwards Never Birdie.
