Unfortunately due to bad couriers I didn’t receive my parcel.
However, from the first time I made birds aware of the issues they were proactive and did their best to resolve the issue for me.
On informing me they couldn’t fulfill my order due to stock issues they promptly refunded me and apologised.
As disappointing the outcome was birds couldn’t have done anything else to assist me 👍

I ordered a cresta 190 rod hardcase on the 22nd December in the afternoon as they had 15% off and opted for free carriage so didn’t expect to get it before Christmas it arrived at 09.20 on the 23rd great service.

Difficulty ordering gift voucher
Tried to order a gift voucher using mobile phone but found site very slow. It asked for date of birth but only saved it as 2022 so could not buy voucher. Tried laptop & again site was slow. Eventually got an electronic voucher but took ages.

Hi Thank you for your review and sorry to hear about this. There could be many factors that this was slow for you, this could be down to your internet speed how many people could be on your network and other stuff also. i have checked the age and i cannot see anywhere 2022 only your correct age.
