Victor was so great to deal with and very patient ensuring we get our ideal holiday and helped us with all the changes we required. I was really looking for a travel agent for our trip to the Caribbean. I called a few companies however, the only one that answered on the first ring was Bird Voyage! The person picked up the call was Sam. He was absolutely amazing from the first conversation till the booking was completed.

Our original flights were cancelled due to the issues in Dubai, and we were really stressed trying to find alternatives. We came across a sponsored ad for travel.myflightbooking.co.uk and decided to call — that’s when we got through to Dominic.

From the start, he was incredibly helpful and professional. He quickly found us several flight options, all of which were significantly cheaper than what our original travel agent was quoting.

I’ll admit, we were a bit skeptical at first as we couldn’t find many reviews for the website, and when we learned the company was Bird Voyage, we were still unsure as their online presence felt a bit limited. Transferring that amount of money was nerve-wracking, but Dominic was so patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout the whole process.

We’ve just returned from our trip, and everything went perfectly — no issues at all. The flights were exactly as promised, and the whole experience ended up being seamless.
