Easy to find stone for my Karu 16 oven through website. It was good timing since they also listed % off code right on their site before year end. Shipping was decent coming out of Norway all the way to Wisconsin in about a week over holiday season. Product seems to be great handmade quality and easy process to final cure it in pizza oven.

Thanks to Tom, I was able to purchase a stone and look forward to getting to use it soon. Well packed, and very quick shipping.

Great product, but the staff and owner are top level. Product that delivers, honest and responsive team. Stone heats up well and retains its heat.

The stone arrived in less than one week. Very impressive all the way to Canada. The stone is a big upgrade over the stock Ooni stone. The pizza bottoms cook evenly without burning. Glad I spent the extra money on the Biscotto stone.

I’m in shock how fast they arrived first of all. I made my first pizzas tonight and all of my dinner guests who’ve had my pizza before all said the same thing. They can’t say why, but the pizza was just better. All five pizzas were cooked to perfection.

Love love love using this stone. My pizza technique and cooking quality has improved with this stone and I highly recommend.

This was my second stone, and like the previous one, they are the best. They keep the heat well, and pizza will don't burn when the temperature of the stone is 550°c.

Arrived quickly to the U.S. and was well packaged. I have cooked around 15 pizzas on it so far and the difference from the stock cordierite stone is huge. No more burnt bottoms while cooking over 950*F. I highly recommend for those wishing to cook at neo temps.

Have had the Biscotti stone about 3 months now. Ordering and delivery to California went smooth. I usually cook 3 to 5 pizzasin a row. The stone holds the heat very well without burning the bottoms.

faster heat recuperation, and a little more stable. note that thickness is also not the same as the OONI FYRA stock stone, but very please. Except that price is more than half of what i paid for the oven itself. Let's say you break the stock stone, get this one as replacement and upgrade at the same time.

Very fast shipping. Stone arrived well packed in good condition.
And I LOVE the stone. Takes a little longer to warm up, but I haven't burnt a bottom yet. It's an expensive upgrade, but it's way easier to bake a pizza on this stone than on cordierite... much more forgiving.
