I love the driver I had today - Charlie - and I am always excited to see her. She is so personable and I always enjoy chatting with her for a few moments.

Failed to take responsibility for not delivering paper, utensils, bread, napkins for my catered business lunch despite this being advertised as included. Blamed it on restaurant and totally blew me off - nothing we can do.
Also failed to take responsibility for anything that they consider a special order. No peanuts, extra tarter. lettuce and tomato - blame the restaurant and wont offer you anything but a sorry. Missing side to you expensive steak .. maybe 5 bucks. they ruin a 100 dollar dinner and think 5 bucks is ok. Run!

Worst service ever. They lie to you constantly. Food never on time and they just suck!!!

My order took a little longer than anticipated which is understandable. The issue I had is that my food was stone cold when I received it. After talking to the customer service employee they had let me know that they can only give me a $15 dollar credit to my bite squad account. After paying over $50 dollars for my order that left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I am not mad at the employee because they can only do so much.

The first driver did not deliver our food to the right address but the second driver when we re-ordered the food did deliver so he gets a five star the other driver not so good so not a good star thank you

I love when I get this driver he is polite smiles very nice person more should be like him.

after 30 minutes waiting, they left a voice message stating that the restaurante did not accept the order and refunded partially the order. service fee was not refunded, i lost money.

Excellent service and delivery was prompt! Jamie my delivery driver realized my order was short and had to go back and get our drinks that were not with our order. Very professional. I will continue to make orders through this app

Delivery was slow and no hot bag was used so the food was just warm, not hot and fresh

Overall, consistent service and quality. I haven’t had a bad delivery person. My orders haven’t always been exact but bitesqaud customer service has always been pleasant and made of right. Good app. Good people. Good promotions. I won’t directly do free advertise but I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be.

Not only are they corrupt in taking 9.99ma month for a service I never signed up for, they are fine with delivering the wrong order and letting hackers order off your account. Unbelievable!
