Scam, ignoring, dispute of membership of Exclusive Super Car Club
Blacklune LLC misled all members in several ways:
1. They altered the cancellation policy after sign-up, misrepresented the terms, and created a potentially fraudulent situation.
2. They charged different rates for the same membership, discriminating against non-exotic car owners.
3. They failed to issue a promised refund within the stated 14 business days.
4. They became unresponsive and acted unprofessionally.
5. They misled members by misrepresenting the terms of the membership and the opportunities offered by the club. Despite initially stating that regular monthly meetups would be included with membership, they later required additional payments to participate in these monthly regular meetups. This creates a deceptive and potentially fraudulent situation.
6. They have FAKE & not legit agreements/contract
Found Blacklune LLC on social media. Applied for their "exclusive supper cars club". I was contacted by a representative girl named Kiani Doyle. I told them I don’t have an exotic car but they accepted me with my car and said it will be $4000 for Silver membership.
I signed a membership with Blacklune LLC that stays: "If a Member attends their first official Blacklune Drive event and then elects to cancel their membership, they are entitled to a 100% refund, provided that:
The cancellation request is submitted in writing within 7 days of their first event attendance. The Member is in good standing and has not breached any Club rules. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days."
After attending a life event some clients and I realized this is just a social club, not an exclusive supper car club. Kiani mentioned about education that will be provided during the event but it was not provided. The owner of the club Franck was not available for public .. he joined an event in the end (like other members of this new club said), he didn't talk with guests, was in distance from people and I didn't see him from 6pm till 10:30pm then I left the event. The event was till 11pm.
Also I realized they charged members different prices for non-exotic cars. Another people signed a membership for $1700-$2000 for Silver membership.
They misled members by misrepresenting the terms of the membership and the opportunities offered by the club. Despite initially stating that regular monthly meetups would be included with membership, they later required additional payments to participate in these monthly regular meetups. This creates a deceptive and potentially fraudulent situation.
So I decided not to go ahead with a club as it doesn't match my expectations. The refund (cancelation) was initiated by me in writing in accordance with the contract within the specified timeframe - within 7 days after the 1st live event. The service wasn't fulfilled. I have already been in contact with the Blacklune. They (Kiani) initially engaged with me, but then Blacklune LLC stopped responding—not just to me, but to other clients as well. This kind of unresponsiveness may reasonably be seen as misleading and fraud.
Franck, the owner of Blacklune, called me a week after I initiated the dispute, following their complete silence. During the call, he was disrespectful, bossy, and constantly interrupted me. Franck said I will NEVER get my money back and they will not approve the dispute. His tone was aggressive, and he ended the call abruptly (hanged up on me) after I repeatedly asked him to explain the benefits and his perspective on the membership with Blacklune LLC. He refused all the time to explain about his company and benefits to be a member in his club.
In Blacklunellc’s response on my Afterpay dispute they mentioned: "Refund Policy: As per the agreed terms and conditions, which were clearly presented at the time of purchase, all sales are final, and no refunds are allowed once services are delivered. The customer explicitly agreed to these terms upon completing the purchase."
So they changed their policy after I started a membership disputing. This all situation reflects a pattern of unprofessional and potentially deceptive conduct from Franck and his company Blacklune llc.
I am still disputing the loan. I believe every business should respect the client’s choice, honor the terms outlined in the contract, and maintain professional communication—even with former or potential future clients—rather than creating unnecessary issues through refund delays and lack of response.
