Missing to extra product
Ordered 2 santoku knives, one came in fine condition, but another is missing save for the product sleeve. I've contacted and simultaneously been ignored by the After Service team. Be wary when purchasing.
Update: Bumped from 1 to 2 stars for now, support is currently sending a replacement that they will try to send within 2 - 3 days of response.
Update 2: Bumped from 2 to 5 stars, product did come within 2 days with an extra knife. Very pleased!

Would of got higher
Would of got higher, packing not good. Was in very large box, with only thin bubble wrap. So was rattling around box. Was also disappointed that pans were made in China. Wish origin had been on the sire.
