Excellent service. The courier service didn’t delivery the table top but Nick from customer liaised with them to ensure in arrived promptly. I’m very pleased with the quality of the table and chairs and would recommend to family and friends.

Mirror arrived broken, no fault of seller and seller went above and beyond to ensure the mirror was replaced in a timely manner an kept up good communication through. Great service.

The delivery was prompt, however when I decided to cancel the order due to no longer needing the item. I was refunded without an issue

Despite one chair being damaged in my order jn transit, Nick in customer support was exceptional in replacing it and communicating with me. The chairs are very comfortable and supportive as dining/desk chairs just as was stated on the website. Very happy will use this company again.

The Sofa Bed delivery was satisfactory. However, it came as a shock to me that it was not assembled. I do not recall being told this fact while completing my Online purchase. I am an elderly lady.
Fortunately my son was visiting and he was able to assemble it for me.
I asked the delivery driver about this fact and he showed me his cell phone screen showing the Delivery Only box ticked. His screen gave many options re assembly which I would have considered.
I would have had to return the purchase otherwise.

Mirror was well package, it was straight forward from order to delivery. Kept updated. An excellent service.

As a previous garden centre manager I always brought very expensive garden furniture, but now I am no longer in that industry i decided to try different furniture and I have to say for the price, quality of the furniture I brought I was over the moon.
There was also an incident with one of my cushion, (my thought) so I tried to buy a replacement and i Spoke to Nick at customer services and he arranged a replacement free of charge. I couldn’t believe it and he certainly made my day. No more spending £1000s on furniture anymore, I will definitely stay with this company and brand for furniture moving forward. Thank you Nick. Bought the Demeter Garden Sofa set and love it. So versatile and have had it in several combinations already. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was great and to the garden, and a minor problem was sorted out by Nick in Customer Services who was fantastic.
