Black Owl are not only skilled/professional but are also a very supportive team. I find technology quite stressful; I didn't feel silly with my many questions and needing the amount of help that I did to get my email issues sorted.

I required a new laptop that was both function-able and fast to run. I was delighted with the laptop recommended which I subsequently purchased and was thrilled with the laptop that arrived today. I contacted Tim as I needed a new PC as the old one was making strange noises. Tim recommended a great spec'ed PC at a great price - complete with SDD drive. Now I have a super quick machine. Very pleased.

Tim offers an install service to strip out all the rubbish that normally comes with a new PC and installs only what you need. This takes up a lot less valuable drive space and is well worth it IMHO.

We have always turned to Tim at Black Owl for our IT needs. He has recently upgraded our Wi-Fi at St Paul's Church, a system he installed and has maintained for us from the outset. Tim is a trusted worker and does a thorough job, I recommend him to you.

Where do I start ...

Tim created TWO websites for me that are a) excellent quality, b) lovely design, and c) include everything I needed them to.

No job was too annoying / big / small / faffy (take your pick of words). Also Tim replies to my messages at all hours of the day and night, which he should probably stop doing, because I hear sleep is an important thing to do!

It was a super simple and pain free process. I said what I wanted and gave Tim some examples of other websites I had seen that were similar to the look I was going for. Somehow, he also managed to make sense out of the phrase, "I want pink, but not fluffy unicorn pink-pink, you know?" and provided me with just the amount of pink.

This review might sound glib but it is all heartfelt and sincere. I haven't worked with anyone - in any trade - who was so willing to go above and beyond while still being something I could afford.

Total overhaul of the operating system was needed and Tim at Black owl did a fantastic job total upfront on the requirement. Specs, options, and price. Retrieved my data and got it working better than when it was new.

I am very happy to recommend Tim Neville of Black.co.uk. My computer was very slow and in need of an over haul, I had put off taking it any where, as I had had poor service from two local computer repair shops. A friend recommended Tim, he came to collect my computer from my home, he was polite and understood my limited knowledge of computers.
