Energy contract renewals.
We were given a number of price and contract length alternatives, alongside their suggested option. There was no pressure to accept their option. Once we had decided, the process was all dealt with on our behalf, with no fuss. Helpful and understanding guidance.

There is nothing worse than receiving a call via your reception team from 'Black Sheep - she is expecting our call'. Yes you may have rung me about a year ago, but I do not keep a record of who has rung me and when you may be calling back. As a GP surgery we are battling with the everyday pressures of not only covid vaccinations, but staff isolating, patients demands etc. The attitude of the sales guy was horrendous - not a word of apology just a 'listen here' ... Customer service is not your forte obviously. Please do not ring us again.

Persuasion to take out 3 year fixed contract
Through persistence they persuaded us to go for a three year fixed contract in late August which in hindsight will save us a considerable amount in view of the way gas prices have exploded. The only downside has been that our current contract had 6 months to run before the company went into liquidation.

We are really sorry that you have been left dissatisfied. The energy market prices have increased substantially in recent months. Although we are always seeking competitive current market prices for our customers, depending on your previous tariff they wont always be cheaper due to the current market conditions. Your available tariffs would have been clearly communicated before you committed to any contract.
