I have ordered from this company many times over the last 10 years.
The only time I had an issue was in lockdown, when there was a long delay. I ordered through PayPal and got a refund and then it arrived anyway!
All other items arrived in 7-8 days and that is from America.
Not sure why all the bad reviews.
I use PayPal so I’m covered.

I really don’t understand why people have criticised this company. I’ve just received my order after a week (over the Christmas period too). Please bear in mind that the company dispatches from the USA and as such there’s bound to be a delay.
I’m not sure if perhaps people have had issues with customs but that’s really not the fault of the company.
Great value, super product and fast delivery.
I’ve not been paid or asked to write this review, I am just an ordinary woman who is a bit fed up of reading snarky comments about companies who are trying their hardest to fulfil expectations.

I had been using this company for ages, with no problems also took a few weeks to arrive. However I placed an order on the 31/10 still nothing I have emailed no end of times and called the phone left messages and nothing.
PLEASE DO NOT USE AS YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!

Absolutely shocking company. Do not order from them. They do not make it clear that their products come from America.
Buy British and save yourself a great deal of trouble. I paid nearly £50 and trying to get a refund but not hopeful. The sooner this company goes out of business the better.

I’ve ordered previously from this company and each time others on here make me nervous of buying with their poor reviews about delivery and customer service.

However, they do come from the USA, so, as others have said, don’t expect them within days. But if you allow between 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. I always make any purchases from anywhere with my credit card or PayPal which will cover any issues.

That’s the only down side as you pay for delivery and they are not cheap so I think they should look into paying for a quicker delivery service.

They just arrive loose in a Jiffy bag but they do need to give people instructions as some will be first time users. For £68 you would expect instructions.

But apart from those two points it’s a great product and really does whiten hubbys teeth overnight used once a week.

So for me, I’m happy to keep buying from them.

This company ships from California, so don’t order unless you’re happy to wait!
My order took 3 weeks to arrive. The company did respond to my email and I was given an estimated delivery time. I was happy with the product once it arrived, but no instructions tho.

I ordered bleach refills paid £40 and then waited. No contact, no delivery date. @ weeks passed and I emailed them. No reply. I called no reply. So I sent a complaint to PAYPAL, who sent me a refund.

This company is in the USA, I ordered refill for my holiday, they won't get here in time, there's no answer to emails, avoid at all cost. Why advertise your in UK, when your clearly not, people order things that they think will arrive in a reasonable amount of time, I don't want to wait 5 weeks for delivery!!

Still waiting for my product to arrive it doesn’t look like it’s moving purchased on 15th September and still nothing I’ve sent emails and tried ringing but alls that I get is an automatic “we are away “message only bought from this company as it stated it was in the uk so didn’t think delivery would take that long as reading the reviews it looks like it’s America

Placed an order. Payment received and then nothing. I looked at reviews and thought oops I shouldn't of ordered from then. Reviews were right they don't reply to messages. Waiting for a reply. If any news will let you all know. Sent another message and still no reply. Finally received product. But wont order again as no communication.

Avoid at all costs, only received half of my order. I sent several emails but they were all ignored. Rip off

Never received item, wish I’d checked the reviews first.

Ordered item on 31st July, today is 30th August , not recieved. Tracking number shoes in transit , obviously lost but company slow to act for refund. Had to raise via PayPal. Note, although domain is co.uk, it is shipped from US with standard postage hence unable to track once item left US.

Avoid at all cost thought it was uk based but its in America, messaged to cancel order but completely ignored all e mails. 26 days later got product opalescence go 15 percent made absolutely no difference whatsoever to teeth very dry strips which should be a gel total rip off believe they are fake

Agree with everyone about this company. Emails are ignored. Separate strips sent unboxed and no expiry dates. Uncertain they are even the real deal! Strips are dry and I haven’t noticed a difference despite them being professional strips with a higher concentrate of peroxide. Probably past their best or fake! No idea. - don’t waste your money - like me. You’ve no idea what you’ve bought

My bleach refill arrived from America just in an envelope with no instructions in an unmarked syringe, no manufacturer, no best before. I emailed for their return details as their website states you can return it within 30 days and they have ignored my email. I am taking this up with the bank and with action fraud as these are potentially dangerous items being sent with no information of what is actually in it. Do not buy because they won’t contact you and you have no idea what you are putting in your mouth. Super dangerous. Scammers

Ordered my items over a month ago. Still not turned up. Shocking. No email replies, no customer service number. Avoid.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not received it!! It shows a heathrow airport and has since I ordered it.

Firstly this isn’t a UK BASED COMPANY. It comes from America, I paid £49.99 for Opalescence and I still do not have this order. I have emailed the rubbish customer service ( generic email) they replied saying to wait until Friday just gone and let them know if it didn’t come.

I did requesting a refund and SHOCK no reply from these cowboy scammers… what sort of business ships expensive orders with no proper tracking? Greedy people that’s who.

I am going a bank change back with my UK BANK as a scam company and I have reported them to trading standards, I encourage everyone to fill out a trading standards report on this ‘business’.

Absolute liars. Use HOME TEETH WHITENING a tiny bit more money but so worth it, comes immediately and communicated like a normal website and business.
