I placed my order on 29June 2023. I waited 10 days but nothing arrived. Website says it a .co.uk company but actually ships from US which they do not make clear when placing an order and do not give an estimated delivery time. Which is very misleading as I wanted the teeth whitening gel Poladay sooner.
I emailed the company several times but got no response. I then began to think that I might not receive anything due to the other negative reviews.
However I finally received my package today on July 15th. Packaged well and all items present.
I have not tried the product yet.
So all I would say is to wait patiently for your package. The American postal date was the 3rd of July. So it was dispatched promptly. It just took a while to arrive!!
Happy now I have my items 😊

Secondly they are not from the UK but the USA.

I ordered on the 9th June and have not received my item. Customer service are rude. Glad I payed on PayPal as I should get my money back easily, tracking still says in transit!

I reckon they have someone from the states walking over to the uk with my order..

I placed an order on the 8th May various scans on the USPS website up to the 16th May since then nothing. 3 emails and a voice message left with no coms back. My sister has ordered from here numerous times with no issues . Its so frustrating !! terrible customer service.

Terrible experience with this company. Order process and delivery were fine. No instructions with product - Opalescence Mint 35% pf, so I googled how to apply and timings. Despite using as instructed, my gums burnt really bad and my gums turned white where the bleach had made contact with them. Colour came back after 30 mins thankfully - I was so relieved. My gums took at least a week to recover - I was in so much pain. Hardly any noticeable difference with teeth though! Contacted company weeks ago telling them about this and asking for an exchange or refund for the additional ones I had bought and they have completely ignored me - they are not interested. Be very careful with this gel and I would say with this company.

My normal teeth whitening gel company closed down for business so I was on the market for a new website. Bleachrefills were an amazing substitute. I am in UK and they are in the States, they were exceptional at communicating via email on the product and whilst the product was in transit, you get a tracking number for the USPS and the team are very responsive to any questions you have. I ordered the product in the US on 27 May and I received it in UK in 5 June. tracked all along the way. Zero complaints and defo ordering again when needed.

I’m not going to lie, I read the reviews after I placed an order and immediately thought I was flushing my money down the drain.. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Not only have I had contact with the business via email (which I didn’t need to but I panicked and was impatient) my order also arrived within 7 days from the US - amazing!

The product is great, it’s working wonders for me and I have zero complaints

Can’t fault this company at all, do not make the same mistake I did and be out off by the reviews. I will definitely be returning for when I need a refill!!!

Please just avoid. Even if legitimate, this business takes far too long to deliver, operates from a Yahoo address and spouts all sorts of Covid-related excuses that are clearly nonsense. I ordered on 3 May - still hasn’t arrived. The tracking information provided (if genuine) shows the shipment having been held at Heathrow now for over 10 days without ANY movement - an import issue? I emailed and asked for a refund and received a badly drafted email talking about supply chain issues as a result of covid - which is a complete irrelevance if the product has already (supposedly) shipped. My advice: just pay a bit more and get it from a local dentist. I’ve given up hope of this package arriving and the customer service is nonsensical. Please learn from my (bad) experience!

Arrived within 10 days from the US to the UK. Parcel tracking very good.

100% legit website and products.
First I was skeptical especially after reading all the scary negative reviews. So scared that I left my OPALESCENCE 15% Carbamide Peroxide PF melon flavour in the shopping cart and was too scared to make the payment.
The following day I received an email with a free shipping coupon and I decided to complete my purchase.
It took 8 days to receive my item from Los Angeles to Leeds UK.
I received 4 sirenges in a jiffy bag and the product was 100% genuine.
I can only recommend this website to anyone.

Not impressed with this company. I thought they were UK based. They have never told me they are based in USA. I have found that out by reading these reviews. Ordered on 1 March & still waiting. I have had to email & chase them. They said the delay rarely happens but now I have read these reviews I fear I have been scammed. I have asked for a refund but have been told item has been resent on 29 March and to wait. Still waiting. Have emailed them again but they are not replying.

I am extremely dissapointed after placing my order on the 19th February I am still waiting for delivery, I have emailed the company 6 times and not 1 response!, I have ordered from this company for many years and have never had any issues, is this company still active even?

A lot complain but the products r shipped from the US. This is a good thing and worth waiting for delivery as most these products r made in the US or more easily available there. It means the products r legit not some fakes made in China. Which with crest strips isn't that uncommon.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Some of the products, if not all (not sure) have to be shipped from the US. It takes some time. Have some patience, people...

I'm in The Netherlands and it took about 10 days for my order to arrive. Not a problem. I ordered, waited and received exactly what I had ordered.

Stop burning a company's reputation down to the ground because you're impatient.

Anyhoo, order process and email confirmation was orderly and clear. I received a well packed syringe. And I won't hesitate to order more when needed. Happy customer here.

I was sceptical about ordering from here judging by the reviews however paid through PayPal so had some cover if the item didn’t arrive. Ordered a full kit, America to Hampshire took 5 days! Works really well and would be happy to order from them again.

I think a lot of the missing packages is down to Royal Mail and customs.

This company is a scam
They don’t tell you they are sending from the states and you have to pay customs and tax when it arrives!
PLEASE AVOID ITS SCAM

I take my last review back, I emailed them to say that my refills had been lost in the post and had been sent to Canada from London. I very quickly received a refund. I guess it’s not a great time to be getting post from the US but that’s not really there fault and the refund was super fast.

This is not a fake company , but it is based in the us which isn’t clear on the website.
My order took a while to arrive , but it’s arrived as described . I would order from here again if prepared to wait .
I did contact customer service and the estimated arrival date they gave was correct .

No product delivered and emails ignored so now I’ve had to raise the issue with my bank. Glad I paid with a credit card so I should be ok as the bank will take it up for me. Stay well clear to avoid disappointment.

There is nothing UK about this store. I ordered some teeth whitening gel, after two weeks I emailed about the delivery to which they told me delivery can take 12-26 days as the products come from US. I still have not received my items.
