I was having trouble receiving my package and sent an email and received a n email response back the next day very quickly and explained the policy. I received my package yesterday.
I just made my second order with this company. First order was as advertised, sold at a very reasonable price and arrived quickly. Happy to have found this company and I recommend it to others.
The products are great but their shipping system is terrible. Even the paid options don’t arrive on time.

Hi Fernando,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must feel.
We were unable to locate any prior contact from you regarding this order and would have appreciated the opportunity to assist before a review was left.
After reviewing the shipment for Order #1905, the tracking (9400136106196358169983) confirms the package was successfully delivered on April 4th to the address provided at checkout.
Additionally, we took extra steps on our end by clearly marking the package with your hotel-specific delivery instructions (including visible labeling on the parcel itself) to help ensure it was routed correctly upon arrival.
As this delivery was made to a hotel, packages are often received and held by the front desk or receiving team, and retrieval typically requires coordination directly with the hotel staff.
We’re here to help. Please reach out to us at support@bleaugenics.com so we can work toward a resolution.
Best,
BleauGenics
Thank you for the speedy delivery!!

Hi Mariana,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
Your order was shipped on time and successfully delivered to the address provided. While an expedited shipping option was selected, carrier delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be impacted by factors outside of our control once the package is in transit.
We understand this order was being delivered to a hotel during a temporary stay, which can make timing more sensitive. That said, delivery was completed to the correct location, and we always recommend allowing a buffer when coordinating shipments to hotels or third-party locations.
We’ve already reached out directly and offered a resolution to make this right, and we remain happy to assist further if needed.
Best,
BleauGenics
