I was having trouble receiving my package and sent an email and received a n email response back the next day very quickly and explained the policy. I received my package yesterday.
I just made my second order with this company. First order was as advertised, sold at a very reasonable price and arrived quickly. Happy to have found this company and I recommend it to others.
The products are great but their shipping system is terrible. Even the paid options don’t arrive on time.

Réponse de BleauGenics
Hi Wayne,
Thank you for sharing your experience. You purchased three 10 mg vials of Tesamorelin from BleauGenics on September 11, and it’s now just over a month later. We want to clarify that your review appears to be based on your personal experimental results, not an issue with the product or our service.
All Tesamorelin distributed by BleauGenics is independently tested and verified for purity and identity. The compound you received matches its stated specifications. However, the outcomes of any individual research or experimental protocol can vary widely based on factors such as dosage, reconstitution method, duration of study, or individual biological variability.
Tesamorelin is a research material, and results can differ depending on how each study is conducted. A one-month timeframe is generally insufficient to determine long-term experimental effects, and variations in procedure can significantly impact observed results.
In short, the absence of results does not indicate a product defect, but rather the nature of experimental variability.
If you experienced any issues with your shipment, documentation, or product quality, please contact us directly at support@bleaugenics.com so we can review it further.
Thank you,
The BleauGenics Team
