Disapointed
The chain to lower and heighten the blind doesn't work. I thought I had ordered a no screw blind but this has to be screwed on the wall. It also said you could trim it but can't get the ends off
Totally disapointed.

We haven’t had reports of an issue with the chain on this blind, but if yours isn’t working correctly, we’d of course be happy to help you with this.
We’ve also checked the order, and the blind purchased was not one of our no-drill blinds. This particular style is designed to be fitted using screws.

I was a bit disappointed with the…
I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the fabric, to be fair I did get a swatch so perhaps I chose badly, but I feel it looks cheap. Also frustrating that the blinds didn’t come with screws, it meant we couldn’t put them up straight away.
Delivery was smooth and on time.

We're sorry to hear you're dissatisfied with the fabric quality. With regard to the screws, we don’t supply these with our blinds as the type of fixing required depends on the surface the blind is being fitted to, such as wood, plaster, brick or another material. We do however appreciate you're feedback.

the colour of the blind does not match…
the colour of the blind does not match specification online, i know i did not request a sample, but i was expecting that the sample will help to determine that the specified colour in the description will be matching my furniture, accordingly, i did not want to waste more time by ordering the sample as I know exactly what colour i want that should match the description, however, it did not. and when i contacted the customer service they told me its my mistake and they can not replace it. I am very very disappointed. and i want to warn anyone to order the colour sample first before ordering as the colour description does not match the actual colour

While we do our best to represent our colours as accurately as possible online, shades can appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, and the surrounding environment. For this reason, we always recommend ordering a free sample before placing a made-to-measure order.

We’d just like to clarify that an order confirmation was sent to the email address provided. A second identical order was then placed, and by the time you contacted us, both had already been manufactured and dispatched.
