Helen was exceedingly patient with us whilst we made our minds up over colours. There was never any pressure. She provided lots of samples and gave suggestions. The blinds are good quality and we're very pleased with the results

Roller blind
Prompt delivery and the blind was well made. Disappointed with the length of the cord/chain - too short although doesn't affect use. Also, the fabric could have been cut better to give a more even overall print.

1. The chain lengths on all roller blinds are governed by child safety regulations, which we must follow.
2. Without seeing a photo of the pattern in question, it's tough to offer feedback on your observation about the design's layout. Please feel free to send this over, and we'll have our supplier have a look at it as soon as possible.
We listen carefully to our customers' feedback and incorporate their suggestions wherever possible to further enhance our service and product offerings.
First class
Well made, perfectly matched Roman blinds and easy to install. Excellent customer service response to my order query and delivery was earlier than expected. All in all, first class.

Great customer service
I was really impressed with the customer service. I ordered a sample, but Helen also added an alternative that was due to be released.
I loved the alternative so I went ahead and ordered it. The blind arrived much quicker than I expected.
Overall, I'm very pleased.

We have so many fabrics and samples to offer online that it can be difficult to show the entire collection. When there are only a few colour options, I usually try to provide alternatives.

The blinds were great quality and the company was very helpful
The blinds were great quality and easy to fit.
I had an issue with the delivery as the delivery driver left the blinds at the wrong address. They were very helpful in contacting in the delivery company and the issue was resolved.

The buying experience was easy and smooth. I ordered the sample's initially which arrived quickly.
Later, I needed some help with the fitting and Helen was very quick with her responses and also checked back to see if everything was fine.

Excellent and Helpful Service
We ordered a roller blind for our bathroom. The samples arrived quickly and there was plenty of choice. Helen was very helpful when we needed to sort out the type of material we required for the blind and also helped us understand the measurements to work with our recess mounting. Very happy with the blind now it is fitted, it looks great and excellent service from Blinds Boutique.

Great service. I had a very specific requirement for the blind and also wanted to colour match to a fabric I'd found elsewhere. Helen was extremely helpful in sourcing the fabric and customising the order to my needs.

Excellent Customer Service
I was looking for a local Shrewsbury blind company who could offer advice on the different type of blind options available for my garden room. Helen explained in detail the options available and provided a variety of quotes for me to select. The blinds were delivered and fitted by Mick. I would definitely recommend this company as the personal service you get is second to none.
