Blinds To Go - BARRIE Avis 

My purchasing experience with Blinds to Go was great. The sales rep as very knowlegable and showed me several options for my window coverings. I ended up buying completely different blinds than I orginally thought I wanted to buy. I love my new blinds and would recommend Blinds to Go to all my friends and family.

The blinds were made in the time frame given, good quality materials, well made, works as advertised.

Blinds to Go has been excellent for us. The products have great quality and you really do get what you pay for. The customer service is also great. Someone is always able to help, in store or online. I’ve always found our orders come in within a reasonable timeframe too. Really happy with the blinds we have from them - vertical shades and cellular shades

We moved to our new home in April and required window coverings throughout. It was a difficult time to shop given the pandemic restrictions. Blinds To Go have been fantastic. What I like about Blinds To Go is their amazing service. Not only do they offer the ability to order on-line but they have a store that we could visit as well, offering free pick up and consultations. The staff were very helpful and quickly dealt with any issues that needed sorting. We ended up using Blinds To Go for all our blinds and could not be happier.

I am very pleased with the salesperson and the installer. Excellent work. I wasn’t quite sure going from drapes to blinds, but I love them.

Buttons on bottom of 3 blinds where missing. I received some more buttons but can't install them. A knot is in the way and buttons won't go in.

Blinds to go were excellent from start to finish. The installer was super. He was very considerate to my time constraints and very professional. I appreciated that greatly.

There were quite a number of things that went wrong factory level...parts missing, blinds not the right length. The blinds were lovely once the errors were rectified, but it was a pain!

Our customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. The blinds we ordered were good quality and came in before anticipated due date. The only suggestion I would make would be to have better instructions in place to assist when putting up the blinds -- the instructions are somewhat vague or images not terribly clear.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Our blinds fit perfectly and installation was a breeze. I even had to take advantage of the lifetime warranty and again received excellent service. I highly recommend Blinds to Go.

Very sincere and knowledgeable staff. Demonstrated a high level of awareness of their products and quickly and accurately answered our questions. Products arrived on schedule as outlined on day one.

Quality comparison of our current blinds was however lower than our previously purchased blinds of three years ago. It was the original quality and durability of those blinds we love that steered us back to Blinds To Go. A return to higher quality should be considered. I can say functionality of the new blinds is directly comparable to our original purchased blinds.

Our service was very good from ordering to installation. Would be a repeat customer.

This is my third order with Blinds To Go and I’m very pleased with the blinds in place.

I recently renovated a bathroom and decided to update the blind in that room unfortunately had received a $100 gift certificate towards the purchase price. I learned through the renovation process that everyone is short on supply and delivery dates can slip I really appreciate the fact that I was compensated for the delay in my second order of blinds the third order arrived ahead of schedule thank you very much.

It is also interesting to note that Blinds To Go was the only company that compensated me in anyway for the delay because of COVID 19

As always Blind to Go never disappoints. Almost ALL of the blinds in our large country home are from Blinds to Go. Hopefully soon ALL of the blinds in our home will be from Blinds to Go. Great quality. You get what you pay for

There was a problem with my valance and it had to be reordered. The saleswoman offered to drop it off so I wouldn't have to go back into Barrie to pick it up.
