the product arrived and was terribly made, 3 returns and they kept coming back with frays in the material and uneven cuts. Don't buy the cheapest, believe me.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helped when helping us choose our new window coverings. The quality of the blinds is excellent and they are easy to install. The ordering and pickup procedures went very smoothly. We recommend Blinds to Go in Barrie and will shop there again.

I loved everything about the experience except for how long it all took. I felt waiting 6 weeks to have everything installed was a little bit of a long time.
Otherwise I loved everything and am very happy with the product

Over the past year, we've had Blinds To Go provide both Cascades and roller blinds for most of the windows in our new home. We can always count on BTG for fast (albeit longer a longer time to get the blinds due to the Covid pandemic), professional and friendly service. We always use their measure and install service. It's a small price to pay for a perfect fit every time. Whenever I can, I recommend BTG. Oh ... and they are Canadian!!!

I was originally told the blinds would take 7 weeks to arrive, however, it was much longer than that. When they finally came in and the installer came to install them the shutters were broken hence another delay. When the replacements came in I had an appointment booked with the installer, however, about half an hour before the time frame given was to lapse the installer called me and advised that he could make it that day and would have to come the next day. Luckily I'm retired and don't have to arrange time off for appointments, however, I was not at all impressed with the service. With regards to the blinds themselves I liked them. Seem to be a very good product.

I had Deanna come over she is a professional decorator and helped me choose blinds for the 17 windows that I have in my house. She was kind she took her time she showed me everything that I needed to see and in the end I was so so happy. The blinds look absolutely stunning all over the house. The installation was incredible the installer and I'm sorry I forgot his name was fabulous he was very professional very courteous cleaned up every single piece that was on the floor and put my blinds up to perfection. I am so happy with blinds to Go. Thank you so much

The advertising on the wall of your counter says that you manufacture your blinds in Montreal. This I presume is to give the client confidence in the Quality of your product. Underneath that in bold font It reads "Buy with Confidence".
How can your clients buy with confidence when you only quarantee the strings in the blinds you sell not the major materials.In less that a year and a half my Aire Wood bright white went to a dirty tan. You did not stand behind your blind.I was told to replace the blind I had to pay half the cost. The other three blinds of the same material and same white, in my bow window, did not discolor.
You should put a Big X across the sign under you counter tops !

Service was slow at the beginning. We had to call a couple of times to correct things but once we made the calls, their service was prompt and exceptional. In the end, we were very satisfied with everything and would recommend them.

We purchased Roman blinds for almost room and love them. Some of our windows are large and the blinds are room darkening, so heavy, and in the sun for most of the day. The string that raise and lower split sometimes but the store always repairs them quickly. I think there is a lifetime guarantee on them.

I bought 2 large pleated blackout shades 2 years ago. They fit perfectly and were working fine. Eventually one of the shades became difficult to open and it looked like the cord was wearing through. I took it back to Blinds To Go and they fixed it for free. Now it works perfectly again. Great customer service!

customer service in the store was great, had issues with the product as it had
defects and had to be returned twice.
