Meri, the salesperson/designer that helped me was knowledgeable and efficient. She heard what I wanted and didn't push me to find "better", "more expensive" options. I was under time pressure and she expedited my order and indeed, it was fast!
I recommend them highly.

Well interesting experience

Well interesting experience. The installer was great but the next day two of the three shades broke. The metal bar on the bottom came unfastened and fell off the blind. It took a bit to get someone but they finally reordered them. Waiting for them now.

I wish i could give zero stars

I wish i could give zero stars. The absolute worst experience ever. I highly recommend going anywhere but here. They came to my place 3 times to make measurements because they cant mess up. They came to install but did not bring the right curtains. They cancelled my appointment several times because they said that the store where it should be does not have it. They are expensive for absolutely nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Great experience from strart to finish. Mario was smart, knowledgeable and very nice. The guy who came to measure was nice and efficient, and Randy the installer was terrific. And the end result is just what we hoped for. Highly recommend.

Disliked lack of communication with…

Disliked lack of communication with client when item was back ordered and when initial pricing changed due to measurement and type of window wall where blinds would be installed! Communication issues between factory and store as well as client also existed when scheduling delivery!!
Did appreciate that salesperson tried to rectify issues after they were determined and communicated by the client. He was very effective and resolved the problem. However entire process was very stressful!

Silver Venetian blinds for living room and bedroom are beautiful, the price was reasonable, installation by Omar and Tandy was quick and efficient thorough great service did great job and professional experience very happy with final result .

The black out curtains are shorter than they should be, hem is uneven and sloppy and they look like they need to be ironed!!!

Not impressed

Very confusing process. Had to call twice to find out my order was sitting in a warehouse done. No communication. Then had a problem called store was asked to send photos which I did. That was a month ago. Thankfully found a YouTube video and fixed it myself.

the shades were cut too short and need to be replaced - we have reached out to customer service to correct several times but I had to make a visit to the showroom and was helped by the manager who is resending the installer.

Their customer service is excellent. From the moment I entered the store to installation, everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery time was very quick and installation went smoothly. I love the look of my new shade!
